Call-In Pay Guarantee. A unit member called into work on other than a scheduled workday for the unit member shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate as provided in this Agreement. A unit member is considered to be in a "call in" status if he/she was not notified of the additional assignment prior to the end of his/her last scheduled work shift or the unit member has not received twenty-four (24) hours' notice of the additional assignment.

Call-In Pay Guarantee. An employee who has been called in to work shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours’ pay at the employee’s appropriate rate of pay.
Call-In Pay Guarantee. An employee who is called in and required to work outside his/her regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at regular rates, actual hours worked, or time and one-half (1-1/2) whichever is the greater.
Call-In Pay Guarantee. A bargaining unit member called in to work by his/her management supervisor on other than a scheduled workday for the bargaining unit member shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at his/her overtime rate. Bargaining unit members eligible for call-in pay shall qualify for reimbursement for use of personal vehicle to and from the work location at the regular District mileage reimbursement rate. Work that can be accomplished from an off-site location will be compensated at the regular overtime rate for actual time worked.
Call-In Pay Guarantee. The Employer shall have the right to inter­ view and reject any applicant for work that is not requested by name. Any person requested from the hiring hall by name shall be deemed hired upon his acceptance of the referral. Em­ ployees hired shall be put to work for the guar­ anteed period disclosed by the Employer’s re­ quest and the provisions of Section VII of this Agreement.
Call-In Pay Guarantee a) A call-in means the time worked by an employee when the employee has been called by an authorized official of the Employer to return to work after regularly scheduled working hours or on a non-scheduled working day.

  • Weekly Guarantee Apprentices must be employed a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.

  • The Guarantee Each Guarantor hereby jointly and severally with the other Guarantors guarantees, as a primary obligor and not merely as a surety to each Secured Party and their respective permitted successors and assigns, the prompt payment in full when due (whether at stated maturity, by required prepayment, declaration, demand, by acceleration or otherwise) of the principal of and interest (including any interest, fees, costs or charges that would accrue but for the provisions of (i) the Title 11 of the United States Code after any bankruptcy or insolvency petition under Title 11 of the United States Code and (ii) any other Debtor Relief Laws) on the Loans made by the Lenders to, and the Notes held by each Lender of, the Borrower, and all other Secured Obligations from time to time owing to the Secured Parties by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary under any Loan Document or any Secured Hedge Agreement or any Treasury Services Agreement, in each case strictly in accordance with the terms thereof (such obligations, including any future increases in the amount thereof, being herein collectively called the “Guaranteed Obligations”); provided, however, that Guaranteed Obligations shall exclude all Excluded Swap Obligations. The Guarantors hereby jointly and severally agree that if the Borrower or other Guarantor(s) shall fail to pay in full when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) any of the Guaranteed Obligations, the Guarantors will promptly pay the same in cash, without any demand or notice whatsoever, and that in the case of any extension of time of payment or renewal of any of the Guaranteed Obligations, the same will be promptly paid in full when due (whether at extended maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) in accordance with the terms of such extension or renewal.

  • Guarantee The Guarantor irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to pay in full to the Holders the Guarantee Payments (without duplication of amounts theretofore paid by the Issuer), as and when due, regardless of any defense, right of set-off or counterclaim that the Issuer may have or assert. The Guarantor's obligation to make a Guarantee Payment may be satisfied by direct payment of the required amounts by the Guarantor to the Holders or by causing the Issuer to pay such amounts to the Holders.
