Calling Card Services. By activating or using a calling card, You agree that We or any billing agent We may use may release to Us any customer account information related to Your use of the card. In the event that a Calling Card is used to place calls using other carriers, such calls shall be subject to the rates, terms, and conditions of such other carrier(s), and customer agrees to pay any such charges. You may authorize others to use your Calling Card, but You will remain responsible for all charges. If Your Calling Card is lost or stolen, You are responsible for charges incurred until the time You notify Us at the number on Your xxxx or by any verified electronic communication that may be provided by Us for that purpose. We may take any action We deem appropriate in the event We suspect calling card fraud, including, but not limited to, suspending or terminating the card without notice. Your card may also be subject to a maximum monthly usage limit.

Calling Card Services. Sprint shall provide the Company with those Core Services which permit the Company to provide end-users with travel cards which enable such end-users to originate calls from the Domestic United States (to be terminated both Domestically and internationally) using a BTN-DID and a four-digit pin number authorization code (the "CALLING CARD SERVICES"). TABLE 4 sets forth charges for Calling Card Services and shall be in addition to applicable charges for International Transport Services. Complementary calling cards shall be a Shopping Service until otherwise agreed by Sprint and the Company. Billing increments for Calling Card Services are set forth in TABLE 5. 5. OPERATOR SERVICES. Sprint shall provide the Company with Domestic Operator Services and International Operator Services (the "OPERATOR SERVICES") at the Rates and Charges set forth on TABLE 8, which charges shall be in addition to applicable charges for Access Services and Transport Services, as applicable.

Calling Card Services. Digital Agent offers Calling Card Services to Customers who subscribe to Digital Agent’s Long Distance Service calling plan. Customers using Digital Agent’s calling card service access the service by dialing a 1-800 number followed by an account identification number and the number being called. This service permits Customers utilizing Digital Agent’s calling card to make calls at a single per minute rate. Calls are billed in one (1) minute increments after the initial minimum period of one (1) minute. There are no nonrecurring or monthly recurring charges. No calling card surcharge applies.

You may authorize others to use your Millry Calling Card, but you will remain responsible for all charges.
