CAMPUS CONDUCT. The authority of administrators to suspend or otherwise discipline a student is not limited to the student’s on-campus conduct. Students may be suspended out-of-school or otherwise disciplined for off-campus conduct, which has an adverse impact on good order, discipline or the learning environment at the school. (Reference: O.S. 70-24-101.3) DETENTION Detention will be held every Tuesday and Thursday after school from 3:00PM to 4:00PM. Detention will also be held every Saturday at the elementary from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Students assigned Saturday detention will enter the main entrance of the elementary building by 9:00 a.m. When assigned detention students must report to detention on time and have pencil, paper, and work. Students must serve their detention on the day assigned. A student may reschedule one detention per semester. If a student misses an after school detention Saturday school will be assigned. If a student misses three detentions in a semester, level II alternative placement will be assigned. If a student misses three detentions in a semester, level II alternative placement will be assigned. If a student misses four or more detentions in a semester, out of school suspension will be assigned. Exceptions are not made to fit the student's schedule. If a student has a detention assigned on a day of a school activity in which they are involved, they cannot go to the activity if it falls during detention time. When a student receives an after school detention for a school discipline problem, it becomes the responsibility of the student, parent or guardian to provide transportation home. Detentions are assigned on the detention day following the infraction.

CAMPUS CONDUCT. Performer and its members agree to adhere to all applicable city, county, and state laws while performing under this Agreement.
CAMPUS CONDUCT. The Administration of Xxxxxx XxXxxxxx Catholic School reserves the right to discipline its students for off campus behavior that is not in line with the behavior expectations of its students during the course of the school day. This off-campus behavior includes, but is not limited to, cyber-bullying.
CAMPUS CONDUCT. 22. The participant is responsible for providing his or her own room and board, at his or her own cost, during the training program.

  • Business Conduct Merger Sub was incorporated on November 5, 2020.   • General Conduct The BSC has specific policies governing conduct in the units, including, but not limited to, assault, harassment, sexual harassment, host, alcohol, party and substance abuse policies.   • User Conduct You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Mobile Banking; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Mobile Banking by any other user; or (j) use Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

  • Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.

  • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The Student agrees to abide by additional rules and regulations that are established or adopted by UCF DHRL once communicated to the Student.

  • Activities Conducted Abroad The Subrecipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that it must ensure that project activities carried on outside the United States are coordinated as necessary with appropriate government authorities and that appropriate licenses, permits, or approvals are obtained.

  • Contractor Staff Conduct 1. For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its agents, employees, partners or Subcontractors shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.
