Cancellation and Rescheduling. The Olive Press understands that weather conditions may prevent the Customer from harvesting the Olives. In that case, The Olive Press expects the Customer to communicate any and all delays prior to the times and dates established to deliver the Olives. The Olive Press will attempt to accommodate the Customer on the mutually agreed upon rescheduled delivery date.
Cancellation and Rescheduling. Distributor may not cancel or reschedule any order, in whole or in part, less than five business days prior to the corresponding shipment date specified in NETGEAR's order acknowledgment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling. Customer may cancel or change the scheduled delivery date of any accepted Purchase Order as follows:
(a) Outside of the Order Lead Time, Customer may cancel a Purchase Order or change the scheduled delivery date at any time at no cost. For clarity, the Order Lead Time shall not be extended if the delivery of Products is rescheduled as a result of a force majeure event affecting Supplier that is excusable pursuant to Section 15.13.
(b) Within the Order Lead Time, Customer may cancel a Purchase Order or change the scheduled delivery date at any time, provided that, if such cancellation is within the manufacturing and Materials Lead Time and results in Supplier having excess materials, Supplier will present the issue to Customer management for amicable solution, and Customer will be responsible for paying for finished Products (excluding profits), work in progress, and raw materials purchased by Supplier no earlier than required by applicable Order Lead Time to fulfill the cancelled Purchase Order that Supplier cannot, using best efforts, cancel, return for credit, use as Service Units, sell or otherwise use.

Domaille Engineering may cancel this Purchase Order in whole or in part without charge prior to shipment of the goods or commencement of performance of the services by written notice to Supplier. Equitable payments/adjustments may be made for work performed prior to cancellation. Domaille Engineering may reschedule the time and place of delivery of goods under this Purchase Order in whole or in part without charge prior to shipment of the goods or commencement of services by written notice to Supplier. Cancellation or rescheduling under this Section shall not be deemed to be a breach of contract.
Cancellation and Rescheduling. If the client cancels the booking within seven days of the start time, a fee of 20% of the agreed booked time rate will be charged.

(a) Outside of the Order Lead Time, Square or an Authorized Purchaser may cancel or modify a Purchase Order and/or change the scheduled delivery date at any time at no cost.
(b) Within the Order Lead Time, Square or an Authorized Purchaser may cancel or modify a Purchase Order and/or change the scheduled delivery date provided such action conforms with the requirements of Section 5.2 (Capacity Flexibility). Upon receipt of notice of cancellation, Supplier will immediately stop all work in progress associated with such cancelled Purchase Order. Within three (3) business days of receipt of any notice of cancellation or modification, Supplier will provide an itemized list of all work in progress and, if such cancellation or modification is within the Materials Lead Time and results in Supplier having excess materials, Supplier will include an itemized list of any such excess materials. Square agrees to compensate Supplier according to the liability schedule in the SOW.
Cancellation and Rescheduling a. If you must cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call 000-000-0000. There are no refunds, but we will try to accommodate you at the next available sleepover date.
b. If there is a price change between your original event date and a rescheduled event, the new price will apply.
c. In the unlikely event the Museum finds it necessary to cancel a sleepover, a full refund will be made.
d. A $4-per-order processing fee applies.
Cancellation and Rescheduling. Except for Custom Products (defined below), Buyer may cancel or reschedule orders prior to delivery to the carrier only with Seller’s written consent. If Seller consents to the cancellation or re-scheduling of an order in Seller’s discretion, Buyer shall pay Seller a restocking fee and reasonable cancellation charges. If Buyer requests an accelerated delivery date, Seller will use its commercially reasonable efforts to meet such request and shall pass on such additional costs to Buyer, if applicable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling. If Purchaser defaults on any of its obligations, RCDevs may decline to make further shipments, terminate any of Purchaser's orders, or both, without affecting RCDevs's rights and remedies including, but not limited to, RCDevs’s right to receive cancellation charges and quantity price adjustments. Orders are non-cancellable after the legal delay of seven (7) days following the order, and Purchaser shall remain liable for the full purchase price in the event of any attempted cancellation or refusal of delivery.
