Cancellation & Refunds. For rentals cancelled 90 business days or more in advance, the user group will be refunded 90% of fees paid.
Cancellation & Refunds. A cancellation received less than seven days prior to the arrival date will result in a 50% refund. The amount retained by ROP may, if deemed appropriate by ROP, be used as credit against any future enrollment of Student. A full refund minus $2,500.00 enrollment fee will be given if cancellation is received more than seven days prior to student’s arrival.
Cancellation & Refunds. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact us immediately with a valid reason. Cancellation will not take effect until we have also received written confirmation from you. Cancellation fees may apply. Different cancellation fees apply for each property, and may vary for dates/seasons. See Cancellation Fees specific to that property when booking. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation terms are as follows – Standard Dates cancellation terms: Over 60 days = no fee, Over 30 days = 50% fee, Within 30 days = 100% fee (no refund). Peak Season cancellation terms: Over 90 days = no fee, Within 90 days = 100% fee (no refund). All refunds are made at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed promptly. If the refund is approved by Relax Holiday Rentals Pty Ltd, any fees incurred by us will be deducted from the amount refunded, such as: payment gateway fees (ie. Stripe); credit card or merchant fees; Online Travel Agent fees (OTA’s); Channel Manager fees; or other fees incurred. We recommend you have travel or other insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellation fees or other loss that may occur.
Cancellation & Refunds. 12+ months before the wedding: 85% refund + policy adherence deposit • 9-11 months before the wedding: 75% refund + policy adherence deposit • 6-8 months before the wedding: 50% refund + policy adherence deposit • 3-5 months before the wedding: 10% refund + policy adherence deposit • Less than 3 months before the wedding: Policy adherence deposit only
Cancellation & Refunds. 1. The Client may terminate the Agreement at any time, before ten (10) days, in advance of the event date, in which case the Client shall be entitled to a refund, minus the confirmation deposit and any fees incurred by City in preparation of the facilities for the Client. If the event is canceled less than ten (10) days before the scheduled event, the applicant’s full rental fee is forfeited.
Cancellation & Refunds. Patrons will receive a full refund if Xxxxxxxx Ski Area is unable to open on the day of your event due to weather. Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the reservation for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refunds a. Customer may cancel this Agreement at any time without incurring any cancellation fees by providing written notice of cancellation to Company. Company does not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods. As such, Customer will continue to have access to the Roadside Service through the end of your applicable yearly billing period.
b. Company may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing written notice to Customer. Customer shall not be entitled to any refund upon cancellation by Company.
Cancellation & Refunds a. The MCYHA reserves the right to cancel this rental agreement and withdraw the permission to hereby granted for just cause or failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions. In such cases, the Lessee will, upon request, immediately remove all persons and equipment they have from the facility. There will be no refund.
b. Under certain weather conditions, the MCYHA may declare the rink conditions unsafe or unacceptable. This decision is at the sole discretion of the MCYHA Rink Coordinator or the MCYHA President or delegate. The MCYHA reserves the right to cancel any event due to special circumstances, scheduling conflicts, and/or program requirements. When events are cancelled, the MCYHA will make every effort to reschedule at a time convenient to the Lessee. In the event the function cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be processed.
c. In the event the Lessee finds it necessary to cancel, the Lessee shall contact the MCYHA Rink Coordinator 12 hours prior to the rental.

Cancellation & Refunds. (a) Subject to Clauses 2.1(c) and 3.3(b) below, all Token purchases are final and there are no refunds or cancellations.
(b) Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel Token purchase requests at any time in its sole discretion.
