CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING. Cancellation or rescheduling of a reservation for a facility mut be done at least 14 days prior to the reservation date to receive a refund. If cancellation or rescheduling is requested any time after 14 days, a 25% processing fee or $50, whichever is less, will be deducted from the refund total. All refunds are processed and issued in approximately 3-4 weeks depending upon the original form of payment.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING. The client must notify the DCA of a cancellation in writing. If the DCA can book an event of equal or higher rental income for that date, the rental fee deposit, security deposit and House Supervisor fee will be refunded. Otherwise, only the security deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the event, the entire rental fee is forfeited, and only the security deposit will be refunded. The DCA reserves the right to cancel any rentals due to conditions beyond its control – in which case, the rental fee, security deposit and House Supervisor fee will be returned. If the rental is postponed due to the death of or a bona fide emergency medical problem of the client or client’s actual/proposed spouse, parents and/or children (documented to the satisfaction of the DCA), any paid rental fees will apply to a future reservation. This reservation must be fully executed within one year of the postponement date, or all fees shall be forfeited. Appointments must be scheduled in advance during the above stated hours and are subject to house event usage.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING. Distributor may, at its option and subject to the provisions of this Section, either reschedule delivery of any Products or cancel any order or portion thereof, upon written notice to LipoMatrix. A "reschedule" is defined as changing all or any portion of those Products scheduled for shipment on any ship date by moving the ship date later in time. Distributor shall have a right to cancel or reschedule any order for later shipment provided such request is received by LipoMatrix at least thirty (30) days in advance of the original ship date. (a) If notice is within 30 days of the scheduled shipment date, 80% of the purchase price of the order;
(b) If notice is more than 30 days, but within 60 days of the scheduled shipment date, 50% of the purchase price of the order;
(c) 80% of the purchase price of the order is payable for any conversion kit cancellation;
(d) 100% of the purchase price or cost is payable for tooling, engineering services, design services, interface boards, burn-in boards, third-party components and assembly, custom-made items, spare parts and contact sockets; and
(e) All incurred costs are due for any service contracts, training, or rescheduling or cancellation. Buyer may unilaterally reschedule this Contract upon written notice to Multitest and upon payment of re-scheduling charges as follows:
(a) If notice is within 30 days of the scheduled shipment date, 80% of the purchase price of the order;
(b) If notice is more than 30 days, but within 60 days of the scheduled shipment date, 50% of the purchase price of the order;
(c) 80% of the purchase price of the order is payable for any conversion kit rescheduling;

(b) Buyer may reschedule delivery of Products, provided Buyer gives Seller written notice at least [***] prior to the originally scheduled shipment date and further provided Seller accepts the new delivery schedule. Seller's acceptance will not be unreasonably withheld.
(c) In no event may orders be rescheduled for shipment more than [***] after the originally scheduled delivery date.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING. Distributor may not cancel or reschedule any shipment under a Purchase Order once the Purchase Order is accepted by Company.
