CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your weekly service, please notify us via phone (000) 000-0000 Ext 113 or Email (Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@Xxxxxxxxx.xxx) at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 trip charge.. If for some reason you need to cancel the service, we require a one week written notice.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING. The client must notify the DCA of a cancellation in writing. If the DCA can book an event of equal or higher rental income for that date, the rental fee deposit, security deposit and House Supervisor fee will be refunded. Otherwise, only the security deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the event, the entire rental fee is forfeited, and only the security deposit will be refunded. The DCA reserves the right to cancel any rentals due to conditions beyond its control – in which case, the rental fee, security deposit and House Supervisor fee will be returned. If the rental is postponed due to the death of or a bona fide emergency medical problem of the client or client’s actual/proposed spouse, parents and/or children (documented to the satisfaction of the DCA), any paid rental fees will apply to a future reservation. This reservation must be fully executed within one year of the postponement date, or all fees shall be forfeited. For available dates and/or appointments to tour the DCA Meadowlands, please call the DCA Event Coordinator at 000-000-0000, extension 12. Appointments must be scheduled in advance during the above stated hours and are subject to house event usage.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING. Cancellation or rescheduling of a reservation for a facility must be done at least 14 days prior to the reservation date in order to receive a refund. If cancellation or rescheduling is being requested any time after the 14-days, a 25% processing fee or $50, whichever is less, will be deducted from the refund total. All refunds are processed and issued in approximately 3-4 weeks depending upon the original form of payment.
