Cancellations Policy. The hourly fee for the missed session is charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or for no shows. Charges for missed appointments are usually not covered by insurance and are your responsibility. If you arrive late for your appointment, the clinician will charge for the full scheduled appointment duration. Your credit card on file will be charged for the missed session unless an alternative, prompt arrangement is made and the fee is collected.

Cancellations Policy. There shall be no right of termination for the sole purpose of holding the same conference in another city or facility. If there is a dispute, the hotel will pursue its legal rights and remedies if an amicable settlement is not promptly reached. If the cancelation was for any of the above listed type of events where travel is prohibited and occurs within the 60-day window of arrival, all money paid will be refunded minus the cost to book and/or refund your money. Cancellations Policy. 5.2.1 Provided a booked Phone Conference (such as an event call) is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, there is no cancellation charge. Cheers Tours and Events reserves the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled run whether or not the service is used up in its entirety by the customer. In other words, there is no refund for unused hours not used. Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, the total number of hours reserved and paid for cannot be reduced. All bus runs are booked according to the clients reservation and are reserved for that time period, allowing us to book other bus runs, before or after, depending on the client's reserved time. If your bus service ends early for ANY REASON, the customer will still be charged for the total amount specified in the original terms of that time allotment.

If medical certification can be provided, the course will be transferred to a new date. Any subsequent course cancellation will incur a forfeit of all fees paid.
