Card Restrictions. Without limiting our rights under clause 2.21, you may request us to place a special restriction on:
(a) the maximum amount for a transaction that may be conducted using a Card;
(b) the place at which, or merchant with which, a Card may be used. Such a request must be made to us in writing or, if we permit, through the Airwallex Platform. We will inform you if we approve the request.
Card Restrictions. You may only use the Card to pay for goods and services from merchants who accept Visa, to withdraw funds from authorized ATMs and to obtain cash advances from financial institutions who issue Visa cards, subject to their approval process. Some merchants may not accept the Card for online or over-the-phone transactions. The Card cannot be used (i) for “cash back” transactions (i.e. transactions for an amount greater than the price of goods or services purchased); or (ii) for writing cheques on the outstanding Balance of available funds. The Card is not refundable.

All PAD transactions will be rejected and Peoples Trust will not be liable for any costs incurred by you as a result. • The Card may be deactivated at any time if fraud, related to the Card or use of the Card, is suspected. In addition, the funds on your Card may not be available for use for the first twenty- four (24) hours after purchase. • The Card is not eligible for protection under any Zero Liability policy. • Card is not, except as set out herein, refundable in whole or in part; • Card is not redeemable for cash, and may not be used at ATMs; • Card cannot be used for recurring or any other pre-authorized payments; • Card can only be used in Canada; • Card cannot be used for pay-at-the-pump transactions. Maximum Card Balance $ 500.00 No Expiry; Card Plastic ‘Valid Thru’ Date: Your right to use the funds loaded onto the Card does not expire. If funds remain on the Card after the ‘Valid Thru’ date, simply contact customer service for directions on how to redeem the remaining Balance. Card Restrictions. Your Card, your Card balance or any other record relating to the Card: • is not a deposit • does not earn interest • does not establish a separate deposit account or any other account held by ATB Financial Your Card is not a credit card or a charge card and won’t impact your credit rating. Your Card (or Card number) CANNOT be used: • For a “cashback” transaction where a merchant charges you an amount greater than the price of the goods or services purchased • For any fraudulent, illegal or unlawful purposes, including the purchase of goods or services prohibited by applicable local law in some countries • After the Card’s valid thru date • Under a false name or if you pretend to be someone else • To go over your Card balance for any transaction or cash withdrawal. • To obtain cash from any financial institution that processes cash advances on Mastercard prepaid cards • To draw on available Card balance by cheque
Card Restrictions. 2.12.1 The PTS Provider shall have an effective process in place for dealing with faulty Cards.
2.12.2 The PTS shall, where a barcode number is mis-keyed or cannot be manually interpreted, make available the Freephone Helpline number to the Authorised Customer for further assistance.
Card Restrictions. 2.19.1 The Prime Contractor shall ensure that any Cards associated with or otherwise able to withdraw funds from an Authorised Customer’s account are de-activated when access to the Account is no longer required.
Card Restrictions. Any financial service provided by MARS BANK may be used for any transaction permitted by law. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state or local law. You agree that illegal use of any financial service will be deemed an action of default or breach of contract. Use of any financial service in a manner not permitted by law may cause that service or related services to be terminated at the bank’s discretion. You further agree, should illegal use occur, to waive any right to xxx MARS BANK for such illegal use of any activity directly or indirectly related to it. Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold MARS BANK harmless from any suits or other legal action or liability, directly or indirectly, resulting from such illegal use.
Card Restrictions. Cardholders must be of the age of majority in the province or territory where they apply for the Card. You may request one (1) Additional Card, as a back-up for your use only, at the time of purchase of the Card. The Card may not operate in some countries and geographical regions due to restrictions. Please verify the list of countries or regions with restrictions at the Website. Regular pre-authorized debit (PAD) transactions, where you authorize a company or organization to withdraw funds from the Card, are not permitted. All PAD transactions will be rejected and we will not be liable for any costs incurred by you as a result. The Card may be deactivated at any time if fraud is suspected. You may not add funds to the Card via wire transfer. The Card is subject to minimum and maximum daily load, transaction, and withdrawal limits, as set out in the Limits table in this Information Disclosure Summary. We may change these limits in accordance with Applicable Law and will post notice on the Website at least thirty
Card Restrictions. If the Card is non-reloadable, additional value cannot be added to the Card. If the Card is non-reloadable the word “non-reloadable” will appear on the back of the Card. Use of your Card in certain countries may be restricted by law; please visit the Website for a list of restricted countries. This Card does NOT have automatic teller machine (ATM) access. The Card is not returnable or refundable, and may not be cancelled by you unless otherwise directed in this Agreement. You do not have the right to stop the payment of any transaction you conduct with the Card. You may not make pre-authorized regular payments through the use of your Card. CARd EXPIRY ANd ACCESS to FUNdS: The Card has a “valid thru” date printed on the front. Funds will expire on the last calendar day of the printed month and the Card will be void and will not be replaced. FEES: The table below sets forth the fees that may be imposed upon your Card. You acknowledge being advised of the fees and agree to pay all applicable fees under this Agreement. Funds are not insured by the Canada deposit Insurance Corporation (CdIC). SPLIt tENdER tRANSACtIoNS: If you want to make a purchase for an amount greater than the remaining Balance, you must notify the merchant before completing the transaction and use another form of payment (e.g. cash, cheque, credit or debit) for the amount owing. If you fail to inform the merchant that you would like to complete a split tender transaction prior to using your Card, your Card may be declined.
