CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES. 3.3.1 Sport Resolutions operates a bespoke computerised case management system which contains all standard letters and documents and an integrated diary and document management system. All instructions and critical dates are entered into the system once a file is opened. Contact is made with both parties immediately, either by telephone or email, followed up by letter. The parties are encouraged at this early stage to provide information about particular difficulties they have in relation to the procedure, the proposed timescale or any other matter, for example accessibility and mobility issues. They are invited to contact Sport Resolutions at any time with questions and to check on the progress of the case. This is particularly important when dealing with unrepresented individuals who require neutral guidance and support. Communication is by the quickest means, usually email.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply.   • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
