Illegal Immigrants. In compliance with the requirements of Tenn. Code Xxx. § 12-3- 309, Supplier hereby attests that it shall not knowingly utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this Agreement and shall not knowingly utilize the services of any subcontractor who will utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this Agreement.
Illegal Immigrants. By signing this Agreement, the Contractor is attesting that the Contractor will not knowingly utilize the services of illegal immigrants and will not knowingly utilize the services of any subcontractor that does so in delivery of the services to0 be provided under this Contract. If the Contractor is discovered to have breached this attestation, the Contractor shall be prohibited from supplying goods/services to any TBR institution/state for a period of one (1) year from the date of discovery of the breach.
Illegal Immigrants. T.C.A. § 12-3-309 prohibits State entities from contracting to acquire goods or services from any person who knowingly utilizes the service of illegal immigrants in the performance of the contract and by signing this Contract or Addendum, the Contactor attests, certifies, warrants, and assures that Contractor shall not knowingly utilize the services of illegal immigrants in the performance of the Contract and will not knowingly utilize the services of any subcontractor, if permitted under the Contract, who will utilize the services of illegal immigrants in the performance of the Contract.
Illegal Immigrants. In compliance with the requirements of Tenn. Code Xxx. § 12-4-124, Club hereby attests that it shall not knowingly utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this Agreement and shall not knowingly utilize the services of any subcontractor who will utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this Agreement.
Illegal Immigrants. In compliance with the requirements of Tenn. Code Xxx. § 12-3-309, Hotel hereby attests that it shall not knowingly utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this agreement and shall not knowingly utilize the services of any subcontractor who will utilize the services of an illegal immigrant in the United States in the performance of this agreement.
Illegal Immigrants. The parties hereby attest that they will not knowingly utilize the services of illegal immigrants in the performance of this Agreement and will not knowingly utilize the services of any subcontractor, if permitted under this Agreement, who will utilize the services of illegal immigrants in the performance of this Agreement. If a party is discovered to have breached this attestation, that party shall be prohibited from contracting with any state entity for a period of one (1) year from the date of discovery of the breach. A party may appeal the one (1) year by utilizing the established appeals process.
Illegal Immigrants. As required by Tennessee Code Annotated § 12-3-309, Provider hereby attests that Provider will not knowingly utilize the services of illegal immigrants in the performance of this Agreement and will not knowingly utilize the services of any subcontractor, if permitted under this Agreement, who will utilize the services of illegal immigrants in the performance of this Agreement.
Illegal Immigrants. The transfer of illegal immigrants is severely prohibited and fined. In this regard the CUSTOMER declares to be completely cognizant of all laws and regulations in force at the time of the use of services and expressly assumes responsibility for constant updating knowledge of said laws and regulations, usually affixed at the check-ins at terminals or at boarding stations, before each trip.
Illegal Immigrants. The Company shall comply with any and all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations regarding the hiring of employees and retention of subcontractors, including without limitation Section 8-17.5-101 et seq., C.R.S., as follows:
A. The Company shall not knowingly employ or contract with an illegal alien to perform work under this Agreement or contract with a sub-contractor who (a) knowingly employs or contracts with an illegal alien to perform work under this Agreement, or (b) fails to certify to the Company that the subcontractor will not knowingly employ or contract with an illegal alien to perform work under this Agreement.
B. The Company hereby certifies that it does not knowingly employ or contract with an illegal alien. The Company shall participate in either the E-Verify Employment Verification Program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security (“E-Verify Program”) or the State’s Department Program established pursuant to C.R.S. 8-17.5-102(5)(c) to confirm the employment eligibility of all employees who are newly hired for employment to perform work under the Agreement. The Company shall not utilize the E-Verify Program or the Department Program procedures to independently undertake pre-employment screening of job applicants.
C. The Company shall require each subcontractor to certify that subcontractor will not knowingly employ or contract with an illegal alien to perform work under the Agreement. If Company obtains actual knowledge that a subcontractor performing work under the Agreement knowingly employs or contracts with an illegal alien, Company shall be required to: (a) notify the subcontractor and the District within three (3) days that Company has actual knowledge that the subcontractor is employing or contracting with an illegal alien; and (b) terminate the subcontract with the subcontractor if within three (3) days of receiving notice from Company, the subcontractor does not stop employing or contracting with the illegal alien; except that Company shall not terminate the contract with the subcontractor if during such three (3) days the subcontractor provides information to establish that the subcontractor has not knowingly employed or contracted with an illegal alien. Company shall comply with any reasonable request by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment ("Department") made in the course of an investigation by the Department pursuant to Section 8-17.5-102(5), C.R.S.

Illegal Immigrants. (a) Where the permitted occupants are non-Singaporeans to carry out due diligence checks to ensure that at all times during the currency of this Agreement that the Tenant and/or permitted occupants comply with all the rules and regulations relating to the Immigration Act and the Employment of Foreign Workers Act (if applicable) and any other Act of Parliament, Regulations or any rules or orders thereunder which relates to foreign residents and workers.
(b) To provide the Landlord upon request, for physical inspection, all immigration and employment documents, including but not limited to the passports of all non-local occupants, the employment pass and/or work permits, proof of employment and to provide the Landlord with certified true copies of such documents.
(c) To authorise, permit and co-operate with the Landlord to make such enquiries with relevant government departments and/or employers to verify the same.
(d) To accept responsibility including criminal prosecution and the consequences thereof and to hold the Landlord harmless and indemnify the Landlord to the fullest extent allowed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore should any person who is a prohibited immigrant be found at the said premises.
