CENTREX Requirements. SBC-AMERITECH agrees that CLEC may elect to resell SBC-AMERITECH CENTREX service at any time during the term of this Agreement. The terms under which CLEC will resell CENTREX will be negotiated by the parties at the time CLEC elects to resell CENTREX. Any dispute arising from the parties’ negotiation of the terms under which CLEC will resell Centrex will be resolved pursuant to Article XXVIII of this Agreement
CENTREX Requirements. 41.1.1.1. At CLEC’s option, CLEC may purchase the entire set of CENTREX features or a subset of any such features.
41.1.1.2. All features and functions of CENTREX Service, including CENTREX Management System (CMS), whether offered under tariff or otherwise, shall be available to CLEC for resale.
41.1.1.3. Sprint shall make information required for an “as is” transfer of CENTREX subscriber service, features, functionalities and CMS capabilities available to CLEC.
41.1.1.4. Consistent with Sprint’s tariffs, CLEC, at its expense, may collect all data and aggregate the CENTREX local exchange, and IntraLATA traffic usage of CLEC subscribers to qualify for volume discounts on the basis of such aggregated usage.
41.1.1.5. CLEC may request that Sprint suppress the need for CLEC subscribers to dial "9" when placing calls outside the CENTREX System. Should CLEC request this capability for its subscriber, the subscriber will not be able to use 4-digit dialing.
41.1.1.6. CLEC may resell call forwarding in conjunction with CENTREX Service.
41.1.1.7. CLEC may purchase any CENTREX Service for resale subject to the requirements of Sprint’s tariff.
41.1.1.8. Sprint shall make available to CLEC for resale intercom calling within the same CENTREX system. To the extent that Sprint offers its own subscribers intercom calling between different CENTREX systems, Sprint shall make such capability available to CLEC for resale.
41.1.1.9. CLEC may resell Automatic Route Selection ("ARS"). CLEC may aggregate multiple CLEC subscribers on dedicated access facilities where such aggregation is allowed by law, rule or regulation.
CENTREX Requirements. At KMC’s option, KMC may purchase the entire set of CENTREX features or a subset of any such features. The CENTREX Service provided for resale will meet the requirements of this subsection 2.3.1.1.
CENTREX Requirements. MCIm may purchase CENTREX features (including system management, call forwarding, digital facility termination and ARS), in accordance with applicable Tariffs.
CENTREX Requirements. SBC-AMERITECH agrees that AT&T may elect to resell SBC-AMERITECH CENTREX service at any time during the term of this Agreement. The terms under which AT&T will resell CENTREX will be negotiated by the Parties at the time AT&T elects to resell CENTREX. Any dispute arising from the Parties’ negotiation of the terms under which AT&T will resell CENTREX will be resolved pursuant to Article XXVIII of this Agreement.
CENTREX Requirements. 3.1.1 At CLEC's option, CLEC may purchase the entire set of CENTREX features or a subset of any one or any combination of such features. The CENTREX Service provided for resale will meet the following requirements:
3.1.1.2 PACIFIC shall provide to CLEC a list of all CENTREX features and functions offered by PACIFIC within ten (10) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
3.1.1.3 All service levels and features of CENTREX Service provided by PACIFIC for resale by CLEC shall be at parity to those provided to PACIFIC's end user customers.
3.1.1.4 CLEC shall pay a one time, non-recurring charge, as set forth in Attachment 8 of this Agreement to pay for the cost of suppressing the need for CLEC Customers to dial "9" ("Assumed Dial 9") when placing calls outside the CENTREX System. CLEC recognizes that there are certain problems with Assumed Dial 9 on Centrex but such problems would also be experienced by a PACIFIC Centrex customer using Assumed Dial 9.
3.1.1.5 CLEC may utilize Automatic Route Selection ("ARS").
CENTREX Requirements. 3.1.1. At CLEC’s option, CLEC may purchase the entire set of CENTREX features or a subset of any one or any combination of such features. The CENTREX Service provided for resale will meet the following requirements:
3.1.1.1. All deployed features and functions of CENTREX Service offered to any NEVADA customer, whether offered under tariff or otherwise filed with the Commission, shall be available to CLEC, where deployed, for resale, without any customer class restrictions other than those which may be imposed by applicable orders of the FCC or the Commission.
3.1.1.2. NEVADA shall provide to CLEC a list of all CENTREX features and functions offered by NEVADA within thirty (30) days or less of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
3.1.1.3. All service levels and features of CENTREX Service provided by NEVADA for resale by CLEC shall be at parity to those provided to NEVADA’s end user customers.
3.1.1.4. CLEC shall pay a one time, non-recurring charge, as set forth in Attachment 8 of this Agreement to pay for the cost of suppressing the need for CLEC customers to dial "9" ("Assumed Dial 9") when placing calls outside the CENTREX System.
3.1.1.5. CLEC may utilize Automatic Route Selection (ARS).
3.1.1.6. CLEC may aggregate the CENTREX local exchange and IntraLATA traffic usage of CLEC Customers to qualify for volume discounts on the basis of such aggregated usage.
CENTREX Requirements. 4.3.1 At AT&T's option and as they are available to U S WEST's own end users via interstate tariffs and state tariffs, price lists, price schedules, catalogs, or Individual Case Basis, AT&T may purchase a single, any combination, or the entire set of Centrex features, including Centrex Management System (CMS) or its equivalent as described in Attachment 5. The Centrex service provided for resale will meet the requirements set forth in the following provisions of this Section.
4.3.2 All service levels and features of Centrex service provided by U S WEST for resale by AT&T shall be at parity with levels and features provided to its own customers or as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
4.3.3 AT&T may aggregate the Centrex local exchange and intraLATA traffic usage of AT&T subscribers to the extent U S WEST makes such aggregation available to itself or to its end users, Customers, or Affiliates.
4.3.4 AT&T may aggregate multiple AT&T customers on dedicated access facilities.
4.3.5 U S WEST shall make CMS information available to AT&T at the common block level via an electronic interface, as provided to U S WEST's own end users.
4.3.6 AT&T may use remote call forwarding in conjunction with Centrex service to provide service to AT&T local service Customers residing outside of the geographic territory in which U S WEST provides local exchange service. However, U S WEST is not obligated to provide facilities outside its service territory.
4.3.7 AT&T may purchase any and all levels of Centrex service for resale, without restriction on the minimum or maximum number of lines that may be purchased for any one level of service, equivalent to what is offered to U S WEST's own end users.
4.3.8 U S WEST will provide to AT&T the ability to suppress the need for AT&T customers to dial "9" when placing calls outside the Centrex system.
4.3.9 U S WEST shall make available to AT&T for resale, at no additional charge, intercom calling among all AT&T customers within a common block who utilize resold Centrex service.
CENTREX Requirements. At CLEC's option, CLEC may purchase the entire set of CENTREX features or a subset of any one such feature. The CENTREX Service provided for resale will meet the requirements of this Subsection 2.3.1.

The Centrex service provided for resale will meet the requirements set forth in the following provisions of this Section 4.3.
4.3.2 All service levels and features of Centrex service provided by U S WEST for resale by Pac-West shall be at parity with levels and features provided to U S WEST's own customers or as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
4.3.3 Pac-West may aggregate the Centrex local exchange and intraLATA traffic usage of Pac-West subscribers to the extent U S WEST makes such aggregation available to itself or to its end users, Customers, or Affiliates.
4.3.4 Pac-West may aggregate multiple Pac-West customers on dedicated access facilities.
4.3.5 U S WEST shall make CMS information available to Pac-West at the common block level via an electronic interface, as provided to U S WEST's own end users.
4.3.6 Pac-West may use remote call forwarding in conjunction with Centrex service to provide service to Pac-West local service Customers residing outside of the geographic territory in which U S WEST provides local exchange service. However, U S WEST is not obligated to provide facilities outside its service territory.
