CERTAIN GRIEVANCES TO STEP 2. A group or policy grievance or a grievance concerning the suspension or dismissal of an employee may be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure and must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the date the employee is suspended or dismissed.
