Certification and Professional Memberships and Materials and License Reimbursement. A. ES classifications are eligible for professional reimbursement in the amount of $600.00 per year. To receive payment, the employee must provide a receipt for reimbursement. The money must be spent on professional associations, conferences, subscriptions, professional licenses not covered under Section 2 B below, meetings, or other reference materials relating to the employee’s area of responsibility and approved by their manager. Requests will not be unreasonably denied.

EA classifications are eligible for professional reimbursement in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300) per year. To receive payment, the employee must provide an original receipt for reimbursement. To qualify for reimbursement, the money must be spent on professional associations, conferences, subscriptions, professional licenses not covered under Section 2-B below, meetings or other reference materials related to the employee’s area of responsibility or development goals consistent with work performed at the District and included in the employee’s annual Goal Setting online form, approved by their manager.   • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment.
