Common use of Change in Classification Clause in Contracts

Change in Classification. If the classification of marijuana as a Schedule I drug is altered in any way or federal marijuana enforcement policy changes, the Parties agree to meet and discuss the need to modify this Compact. If such modifications cannot be agreed upon, then either Party may terminate this Compact upon 60 days written notice.
