Changes to Goods. 5.1. Supplier shall not, without prior written consent of Signify, make any changes affecting Goods, including process or design changes, changes to manufacturing processes (including geographic location) changes affecting electrical performance, mechanical form or fit, function, environmental compatibility, chemical characteristics, life, reliability or quality of Goods or changes that could have material impact upon Supplier’s quality system.

Changes to Goods. Supplier shall not, without prior consent of NOVALED, make any major changes affecting Goods that could have significant impact upon the form, fit, function, processing performance or the use of the Goods. Supplier shall issue a PCN (Process Change Notification) timely in advance to receive acceptance from NOVALED.
Changes to Goods. Seller shall send process change notifications in writing to Buyer no less than six (6) months in advance for any of the following: MSDS modification, change in Seller’s specifications, change in critical raw materials, change in sourcing location, change in Certificate of Origin status, change in method of manufacture or significant changes in statistical process control or statistical quality control of key properties, or any other change requested by Buyer for which Buyer requires at least six (6) months’ notice. Buyer reserves the right at any time to make changes in the specifications, drawings, samples, or other description to which the Products are to conform, in the methods of shipment and packaging, or in the time or place of delivery.
Changes to Goods. Buyer requested order changes, including those affecting the identity, scope, and delivery time of the Goods, must be submitted in writing and are subject to BMA’s review for equitable adjustments to Price, scheduling, and other affected Terms (“Adjustments”). Upon mutual agreement of any Adjustments, Buyer shall issue to BMA a written change order for the requested changes and Adjustments, which shall not be binding on BMA until accepted by BMA in writing. BMA reserves the right to reject any proposed change that it deems technically inadvisable or inconsistent with established engineering or quality guidelines and standards, or incompatible with BMA’s design or manufacturing capabilities.

Changes to Goods. 62.1 Supplier may, at any time, make changes to the Goods, or modify the drawings and specifications relating thereto, or substitute products of later design to fill an Order, provided that the changes, modifications or substitutions, under normal and proper use, do not impact upon the technical specifications or the form, fit or function of the Goods. Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing of such changes. With respect to other changes, modifications, or substitutions, Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing ninety (90) days prior to their effective dates. The exact method and schedule of implementation shall be as mutually agreed. Where an extremely unsatisfactory condition requires immediate action, Supplier will immediately advise Buyer. 62.2 All notifications of such changes shall be provided, at no charge, to parties designated by Buyer in the clause "NOTICE AND NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES" and shall contain the following information;

Changes to Goods. In the event any Product Change affects price, operation, reliability or life of the Goods or the interchangeability of the Goods with other goods, Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing thereof not less than ninety (90) days prior to any planned change, and in the event Buyer and Supplier fail to reach agreement thereon Buyer shall have the right to terminate any and all Orders, in whole or in part, for the Goods affected by such change. Notwithstanding any notice requirement above to the contrary, Supplier shall immediately notify Buyer when it determines that a Class A Product Change (as defined hereinafter) shall be made.

Changes to Goods. GSP must be notified sixty (60) days in advance of any proposed changes Supplier intends to make to or in the goods that will affect the ability of the ordered goods to meet the specified purchase requirements, including, but not limited to, any changes to: (i) the drawings, design, specifications, formulation , or other technical aspects of the goods; (ii) the quantity of the ordered goods; (iii) the time and place of delivery, including delivery schedules; and (iv) and the availability of the ordered goods. Supplier also shall notify GSP prior to making any change that may affect conformance to defined requirements, product quality, or a regulatory filing. The Supplier’s change control activities shall be planned and documented to assure compliance of products to requirements. GSP may require the Supplier to make its evaluation data and conclusions available. At a minimum, the Supplier shall: • Ensure that personnel executing the change are qualified • Evaluate all changes for product or process risk (including efficacy and safety) • Document and communicate changes to GSP in writing prior to execution • Obtain GSP approval, in writing prior to implementation The Supplier should notify GSP of changes, including but not limited to: raw materials and starting materials and their suppliers; establishment location changes; loss or obtaining ISO certification, manufacturing processes; testing procedures: major manufacturing equipment: shipping methods; lot numbering scheme. The following events may initiate changes and should therefore be communicated: investigations into manufacturing deviations and out-of- specification results; new or revised product claims; stability studies; process capability analysis and trending; process improvement projects; customer complaints, recalls, or adverse event reports.
