Requests for Price Increases. Requests that increase costs to the City must be delivered to the Purchasing Buyer in accordance to the rules below. No other employee may accept a rate increase request on behalf of the City. Any invoice that is sent to the City with pricing above that specified by the City in writing within this Contract or specified within an official written change issued by Purchasing to this contract, shall be invalid. Payment of an erroneous invoice does not constitute acceptance of the erroneous pricing, and the City would seek reimbursement of the overpayment or would withhold such overpayment from future invoices.

The aggregate amount represents the full and final amount to be paid by the City for all expenses incurred and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The City shall not be obligated to pay any other compensation, fees, charges, prices or costs, nor shall Vendor charge any additional compensation for completing the work order of the Statement of Work. All costs invoiced to the City, shall be associated with an active and open work order. Invoices for software installed in City facilities and other work performed under this Contract shall be submitted, in writing to the City’s Project Manager. Invoices shall include such information as prescribed in the Specifications or Statement of Work, and is necessary for the City to determine the exact nature of all expenditures and shall reference this Contract. Additional payment terms or invoice instructions may be mutually agreed upon by the City and the Vendor.

  • Price Increase For purposes of this paragraph, “Contract Year” means a twelve

  • Price Changes Our storage charges will be as quoted to You for the first 26 weeks of storage. After 26 weeks, We may change the storage charges from time to time on giving 28 days’ written notice to You.

  • Annual Increases On each anniversary of Employee's termination from employment, any remaining amounts to be paid during the next year pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the amounts required to be paid by Employer hereunder under the provisions of this Paragraph 9 during the preceding year.

  • Fee Increases S&P reserves the right to increase its fees under this Order Schedule effective on the anniversary of the Commencement Date by providing at least sixty (60) days advance written notice to Licensee prior to the expiration of the Term then in effect.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

  • Step Increases (a) The following is the method used to determine service credit, since the last date of hire, for purposes of positioning on the salary range: i) all continuous service shall be retained and transferred with the employee if she/he changes her/his status from full-time to part- time and vice versa. ii) a part-time employee who changes status to full-time will be given credit on the basis of fifteen hundred (1500) paid hours of part- time being equivalent to one (1) year of full-time service and vice versa. iii) in addition, an employee who is so transferred will be given credit for paid hours accumulated since the date of last advancement. (b) Annual increments for full-time employees shall be paid on their anniversary date. (c) Annual increments for part-time employees shall be paid on the completion of each fifteen hundred (1500) hours worked.
