Changes to Schedules. Employees will normally be given five (5) calendar days’ notice of any changes to their scheduled shift(s). The first two (2) hours of each shift worked by the regularly scheduled employee without proper notice will be paid two (2) times their regular hourly rate of pay, to a maximum of five (5) shifts or a maximum of ten (10) hours in any one incident. If required, part-time employees may agree to have an existing or scheduled shift extended to a maximum of two (2) hours when the extension occurs on the day of the shift and it will not be considered a shift change.

Changes to Schedules. 6.04.01 When/if an employee's work schedule and/or shift starting and terminating times are changed, in other circumstances than the one described in Article 6.03, the following shall apply: 6.04.02 When an employee's scheduled day(s) on/day(s) off is altered by the Company, the Company shall advise the employee in writing with a copy to the Union, at least seven (7) days in advance of the shift the employee would have worked or the shift the employee will now be working, whichever comes first. 6.04.03 When an employee's shift starting and terminating times are altered, the Company shall advise the employee in writing with a copy to the Union, at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the shift starting time the employee would have worked, or the shift starting time the employee will now be working, whichever comes first. In the event that forty-eight (48) hours notice is not given, the employee shall be required to work the revised shift. Any such time worked within the forty-eight (48) hour period shall be considered overtime under the provisions of Article 7. 6.04.04 An employee’s shift which commences between the hours of 22h45 – 02h50 will not be planned to work past 07h15, when Article 7.07.02 is being utilized, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the Company and the employee.

(d) Provided the Employee has received the advance notice required in (a) above, the Employee is required to comply with the change, unless the Employer is satisfied that the reason for not complying is valid. (e) When the Employee has not been provided with the advance notice required in (a) above, they will not be required to comply with the change but may agree to the change if they so desire. (f) It is the responsibility of the Employer to advise the Employee of any change in their work schedule. (g) When an Employee has not been provided with any notice and reports for work as originally scheduled, the Employee will be provided with work for their scheduled hours.

Changes to Schedules. (a) The Lessee shall be entitled to make any change to the Annual Delivery Programme and/or the current Specific Delivery Schedule, by giving notice to the Operator of the proposed change, provided that such change: (i) does not require the operation of the FLNG Facility beyond any of the technical limits set out in this Agreement, except to the extent such technical limits are agreed to be altered by the Owner and the Lessee by way of amendment to the relevant Manuals and Protocols, with such amendments to remain under review from time to time; (ii) does not affect the Owner's or the Operator's ability to achieve the Performance Standards; and (iii) shall take into account the principles set out in Clause 10.2
