Regular Hourly Rate of Pay definition

Regular Hourly Rate of Pay means the total non-overtime compensation (inclusive of all wage “augments”) received by an employee.
Regular Hourly Rate of Pay means the base hourly rate plus the hourly dollar value of any nondiscretionary premium payments that must be included in the hourly rate when calculating overtime pay for over forty (40) hours of actual work (excluding paid leave hours) in the workweek (e.g., special duty pay, shift differential pay, on call pay, hazardous duty pay, etc.). More Definitions of Regular Hourly Rate of Pay

Regular Hourly Rate of Pay means the hourly wage rate which the nurse receives for the work assigned if performed during non-overtime hours and without any shift differential. In addition to the rates set forth in Appendix A, the Hospital reserves the right, if necessary for recruitment or retention of nurses during the term of this Agreement, to further increase the rates of pay.
