Changes to Statement of Work. Medical Practice may submit to Modernizing Medicine written requests to change the scope of SOW Services (each such request, a “Change Order Request”). Modernizing Medicine may approve or reject such Change Order Requests in its sole discretion. If Modernizing Medicine approves a Change Order Request, then Modernizing Medicine will promptly notify Medical Practice if it believes that such Change Order Request requires an adjustment to the SOW Fees (as defined below) or to the schedule for the performance of the SOW Services. In such event, the Parties will negotiate in good faith a reasonable and equitable adjustment to the SOW Fees and/or schedule, as applicable. Modernizing Medicine will continue to perform SOW Services pursuant to the existing Statement of Work and will have no obligation to perform any Change Order Request unless and until the Parties have agreed in writing to such an equitable adjustment to the SOW Fees and/or schedule, as applicable.
Changes to Statement of Work. Customer or TRIARQ may request changes to the scope of a Statement of Work, and any such change must be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Any agreed upon changes to the scope of a Statement of Work shall result in a change order to such Statement of Work or a new Statement of Work. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there are any changes to the scope of a Statement of Work and the changes result in an increase in the fees of less than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) or ten (10) percent of the estimated total cost, whichever is less, (“Additional Services”) then TRIARQ will continue to provide the Services, including the Additional Services, pursuant to the then current Statement of Work without the need to execute a change order or a new Statement of Work. Customer agrees to pay TRIARQ for any applicable Additional Services pursuant to the then current Statement of Work.
Changes to Statement of Work. 8.1 The Sponsor shall not change, without the prior approval of DHCS, which may include consultation with AHP, either of the following: (i) the behavioral health purpose of the Project; or (ii) the population to be served by the Project, the foregoing, each, as described in (x) the Sponsor's Application, and (y) the SOW. DHCS's decision to disapprove a request to change the Sponsor's SOW is fact- specific, and the decision shall be final and not subject to further review. The Sponsor shall submit to DHCS, and provide a copy to AHP, a written request to change the behavioral health purpose of the Project described in the Application and the SOW, which shall include a detailed description of the following criteria:
8.1.1 the changes to the services or the Project that the Sponsor is requesting to make;
8.1.2 a detailed explanation of why the change is necessary and justification for how the change in the Project meets the changing behavioral health needs of the county or geographic area that the Project serves.
8.1.3 the behavioral health population, services, and needs that the Sponsor's change will meet;
8.1.4 an attestation that the Sponsor will serve the same percentage (or more) of Medi-Cal beneficiaries as originally stated in Sponsor's Application;
8.1.5 anticipated additional costs of changes to the Project, including a financial plan for meeting additional costs; and
8.1.6 any other information requested by AHP or DHCS to evaluate the Sponsor's request. Any changes to the SOW approved by DHCS shall be provided to AHP and considered an amendment to this Agreement and incorporated herein.
8.2 The Sponsor is solely liable and responsible for any increases in costs that exceed the Program Funds. In no event shall AHP or DHCS be responsible for any costs that exceed the Program Funds for the Project. In the event that Project costs exceed the funds that Sponsor has available to pay such costs, the Sponsor shall within thirty (30) days of such occurrence provide for AHP's approval a financial plan for meeting such additional costs which additionally may be approved or disapproved by DHCS, in its sole discretion. A financial plan for meeting additional costs may include the Sponsor providing additional funds for the Project or the Sponsor incurring additional debt. The Sponsor shall not incur any additional debt without the prior written approval of AHP and DHCS.
Changes to Statement of Work. Medical Practice may submit to MMBS written requests to change the scope of SOW Services (each such request, a “Change Order Request”). MMBS may approve or reject such Change Order Requests in its sole discretion. If MMBS approves a Change Order Request, then MMBS will promptly notify Medical Practice if it believes that such Change Order Request requires an adjustment to the SOW Fees (as defined below) or to the schedule for the performance of the SOW Services. In such event, the Parties will negotiate in good faith a reasonable and equitable adjustment to the SOW Fees and/or schedule, as applicable. MMBS will continue to perform SOW Services pursuant to the existing Statement of Work and will have no obligation to perform any Change Order Request unless and until the Parties have agreed in writing to such an equitable adjustment to the SOW Fees and/or schedule, as applicable.
Changes to Statement of Work. From time to time during the Development Period, Transoma may, upon consultation with Mednet, reasonably change the requirements under the Statement of Work. Any change to the Statement of Work reasonably involving a material change to cost, compensation or scheduling provisions shall be made pursuant to Section 10.9 (Amendment) below. All other changes may be made by Transoma upon written notice to Mednet.
Changes to Statement of Work. Mercury may, at any time and from time to time, by written notice to IBM, request changes to the part numbers, specifications, or work scope. IBM shall submit a written report to Mercury setting forth the probable effect, if any, of the requested change in regard to the work and the effort on any change in prices or delivery. IBM shall not proceed with any change until authorized in writing by Mercury. The parties shall promptly amend this Agreement to incorporate any agreed changes.

Changes to Statement of Work. Any changes to this SOW shall be authorized and approved only through written correspondence from the CO. A copy of each change will be kept in a project folder along with all other products of the project. Costs incurred by the contractor through the actions of parties other than the CO shall be borne by the contractor.
Changes to Statement of Work. Changes to any Statement of Work or in any of the specifications or fees under any Statement of Work shall become effective only when a written change order is executed and duly authorized by both parties (a “Change Order”).
