Charge Nurse Differential. Charge nurses shall receive $3.00 per hour 18 premium. Such premium will be paid for all hours compensated to a core Charge 19 Nurse, as designated by the Medical Center. Nurses who are assigned by the Medical 20 Center the Charge Nurse duties for a shift will be paid a differential of $2.10 only for the 21 hours the Nurse is specifically assigned to be Charge Nurse.
