Common use of CHECK-OFF Clause in Contracts

CHECK-OFF. 13.01 Effective the first of the month following the signing of this Agreement, the Employer will, as a condition of employment, deduct an amount equal to the amount of membership dues from the pay of all employees in the Bargaining Unit.

CHECK-OFF. 13.01 12.01 (1) Effective on the first day of the month following the signing of this Agreement, the Employer willshall, as a condition of employment, deduct an amount amount, equal to the amount of the membership dues dues, from the bi-weekly pay of all present employees in and all persons appointed to the Public Service, who become part of the Bargaining Unit.
