City Administrative Requirements. A. Subrecipient acknowledges and agrees that the City is acting as a “pass- through entity” (as such term is defined in 2 CFR §200.74 and used in this Agreement) for this Subaward and that the City shall have the rights and obligations relating to this Subaward and its administration as set forth in this Agreement and in 2 CFR Part 200.
