City Rules Sample Clauses

City Rules. To the full extent permitted by applicable law either now or in the future, the City reserves the right to adopt or issue such rules, regulations, orders, or other directives governing the Facilities that are consistent with the terms of this Agreement and that it finds necessary or appropriate in the lawful exercise of its police powers, and the Company expressly agrees to comply with all such lawful rules, regulations, orders, or other directives.

  • COMPANY RULES Company requires Students, while participating in the clinical program, on Company property or in a Company vehicle, to meet all standards of appearance and conduct required by Company of it’s own employees. Company reserves the right to refuse to allow any Student to participate in the clinical program for failure to comply with Company standards.

  • Safety Rules 5.01 The safety rules of the State having jurisdiction shall be observed by the parties hereto. It is recognized that the Employer has the exclusive responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace.
