Common use of Classified Employees Clause in Contracts

Classified Employees. Classified employees who have completed their 10th, 13th, 15th, 17th and 19th year of service with the Board, shall have the longevity payment added to the last step of their respective salary schedule as follows: 10 years completed – 35 cents per hour 13 years completed – 52 cents per hour 15 years completed – 70 cents per hour 17 years completed – 82 cents per hour 19 years completed – 95 cents per hour 20 years completed - $1.00 per hour
