Classroom Assistant Sample Clauses

Classroom Assistant. Subject to the maximum of thirty (30) hours of work per week; five (5) consecutive days of 6 hours each, from Monday to Friday inclusive, scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily, exclusive of an uninterrupted unpaid lunch period of not less than one-half (1/2) hour nor more than one (1) hour. The work year shall coincide with the school year as determined by the Employer’s approved school year calendar.

Classroom Assistant. A CA is assigned to a specific classroom and need is determined by rule or placement recommended staff to student ratio. Under the direction of licensed staff, a CA supports the various needs of students in a classroom as assigned throughout the day. The assignment may also include individual student assignments.
Classroom Assistant. Daily attendance of students in a CA’s assigned classroom may result in a decrease of the expected amount of hours a CA is assigned each day. CA’s will not be sent home before three hours of an unexpected student absence. An administrator or designee may make available to a CA a reassignment for the remainder of the day in an area of need throughout the district. When expected absences of students from the CA’s assigned classroom is substantiated, the CA may notify a District designee of their availability to be a substitute.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • EDUCATION ASSISTANTS 1. All Education Assistants employed by the Board to assist teachers in carrying out their responsibilities and duties under the School Act and Regulations shall be assigned to classes and/or students by the Principal and shall be assigned specific duties by the teacher during the designated periods of time.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:
