Classroom/Worksite Observation. 17.7.2.1 By the end of the eleventh week of the semester in which evaluation is to occur, each member of the Tenure Review Committee shall participate in one (1) classroom/worksite observation. The classes/worksite situations to be observed shall be determined by the Tenure Review Committee. These observations may be conducted either jointly or individually by members of the Tenure Review Committee, at the discretion of the Committee; however, it is the intent of the parties that a number of different classes/work situations be observed. Normally, the days and times of the classes/worksite situations to be observed will be established at the initial conference as provided in section 17.7.1.1; however, observation dates and times may be changed as needed to facilitate the evaluation process, provided the probationary Unit Member is given at least five (5) working days prior notice.

  • Classroom Observation Classroom observations shall be conducted at least once for all unit members who have not met the threshold for reappointment as defined in Section 10.02 of Article10. Effective fall 2006 classroom observations shall be conducted on DCE form E3. Classroom observations may be conducted for any unit member, at the discretion of the President of the College, or designee thereof, for stated written reasons. Results of said observation shall be communicated to the unit member in writing. The unit member shall be afforded the opportunity to discuss the classroom observation with the evaluator and to respond in writing.

  • Construction Observation The Consultant shall make periodic on-site observations of the Project in accordance with Exhibit A. The purpose of the on-site observations will be to observe the progress and quality of the construction work being carried on to determine if the work is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Documents. Unless otherwise stated in Exhibit A, the Consultant shall not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site observations to check the quality or quantity of the work.

  • Safe Working Environment ACM does everything reasonably possible to provide a safe working environment for all of its stakeholders including Suppliers and its own employees and agents. ACM does not tolerate offensive, abusive, bullying, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful behaviour or any form of harassment (“Offending Behaviour”). If a Supplier engages in Offending Behaviour, ACM may suspend or terminate this Milk Supply Agreement.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Work Site Work site shall be defined as a college campus or any other place designated by management where instruction and/or services are performed.

  • Formal Observation The instructional employee and the principal/administrator shall review using the mid-year Reflection Questions in the evaluation manual – Student Achievement Outcomes and make adjustments as needed to increase the likelihood of a positive goal outcome.
