Cleaning and Security. All use of the Centre and its facilities is subject to the hirers accepting responsibility for returning furniture and equipment to their original positions and for securing doors and windows of the Centre before leaving the building. All users shall leave the Centre in a tidy condition. If this is not adhered to, the Centre reserves the option of charging a cleaning fee of £100.

The Group reserves the right to make an extra charge if there is cleaning required after a function, this will be taken from the deposit. The Cleaning Operative is authorised to take photographs as evidence if cleaning is required following a booking.
c) The HQ does not provide any cutlery, cooking equipment or tea towels. Hirers must bring their own.
d) ALL RUBBISH to be taken away by the hirer.
e) The floor must be free from dirt or food remnants, a xxxxxx and cleaning equipment is provided please ensure all areas hired are clean including the flushing of all toilets.
f) The hirer will be responsible for meeting the requirement of the Health and Hygiene requirements of the Rugby Borough Council.
g) CCTV is on operation in and around the building, requests for footage is subject to a subject access request and may be refused.

Public liability insurance is what is needed, either by: · the supplier of the bouncy castle, or · the hirer (i.e. the person who hires the hall and hires the bouncy castle). Any responsible supplier of a bouncy castle must have insurance, but often their public liability insurance will only cover their own liabilities and so will only apply if they themselves are present to supervise the use of the castle. The hirer must make sure that the supplier has insurance and find out what cover is provided if the castle is not being supervised by the supplier. If the insurance cover for the hirer applies only when the castle is supervised by the supplier, then the hirer is responsible for insurance and for proper supervision. Proper supervision means supervision by an adult over 18 years old. Insurance for a one off event can be purchased. Bouncy castles may be used at The Pavilion/Abbotsbrook Hall under the following conditions: When booking, the hirer must declare that they intend to have a bouncy castle. This declaration will imply a commitment to make sure that: · The bouncy castle will be supervised at all times by an adult (over 18). · Public liability insurance will be provided either by the supplier or the hirer. The use of the Village Hall and facilities is subject to the Hirer accepting responsibility for returning furniture and equipment to their original position and for securing doors and windows of the premises on leaving. Table tops are to be wiped clean before being stacked, and the premises and surroundings left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may result in deductions from any deposit paid.

The following section of the Explanatory Notes relates to lettings of the Hall for public entertainment and stage plays. Additional Special Conditions will need to be inserted (under Special Conditions on page 7 of the Agreement) if the Hall is to be used for public performances which have to be licensed under the Public Entertainment Licence Conditions or the Community Premises Licence.

Landlord, at its expense, shall cause the Premises including the exterior and the interior of the windows thereof, to be cleaned in a manner standard to the Building which shall be substantially in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit L. Landlord shall not be required to clean any portions of the Premises used for the preparation, serving or consumption of food or beverages, data processing or reproducing operations or private lavatories or toilets. Tenant shall pay to Landlord within thirty (30) days after demand the actual, commercially reasonable costs incurred by Landlord for (a) extra cleaning work in the Premises required because of (i) misuse or neglect on the part of Tenant or its subtenants or its or their employees or visitors, (ii) the use of portions of Premises for special purposes requiring greater or more difficult cleaning work than office areas, (iii) interior glass partitions or unusual quantity of interior glass surfaces and (iv) non-building standard materials or finishes (e.g. stone, ceramic tile, marble, terrazzo, wood, etc.) installed by Tenant or at its request; (b) removal from the Premises and the Building of any refuse and rubbish of Tenant in excess of that ordinarily accumulated in business office occupancy or at times other than Landlord's standard cleaning times. Tenant acknowledges that the use of the Premises other than during Business Hours and on Saturdays from 8a.m. - 1p.m. may interfere with Landlord's or its cleaning contractor's ability to perform the cleaning services as set forth in Exhibit L and Landlord shall have no responsibility or liability by reason of the cleaning contractor's inability to provide cleaning to the area of the Premises affected by such use.
17.02. Landlord, its cleaning contractors and their employees designated to clean the Premises shall have access to the Premises after 6:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. and shall have the right to use, without charge therefor, all light, power and water in the Premises reasonably required to clean the Premises as required under Section 18.03 hereof.
17.03. As used herein the term "Extra Cleaning" shall refer to any cleaning services other than those provided by Landlord under Section 17.01 free of separate or additional charge.
