Coaching Relationship. Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client, which facilitates a thought- provoking and creative process which inspires the client to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coach agrees:  As your Coach, I am committed to working in partnership, to help you achieve your personal and/or professional goals.  I see you as naturally creative, resourceful and whole, ready to explore, grow and embody your highest potential.  I will not seek to impose my views, opinions or instruct you in any way. When I have an observation or insight that may be helpful, I will share these with your permission.  I see our work together a collaboration. I am never in a position of authority over you. My role in our relationship is to facilitate the coaching conversation in service of your highest good.  I agree to bring awareness to your blind spots, in a caring and skillful manner, trusting you know I have your wholeness and success in mind at all times.  I will be your champion, your coach and your visioning partner.  I agree to maintain and uphold the ethics and standards of behaviour set by the International Coach Federation (ICF).  At the beginning of our coaching engagement, I will ensure that the Client is clear about the distinction between Coaching/Consulting/Mentoring/Therapy. Client agrees:  As Client, I am committed to learning more about myself and how I operate in the world.  I will communicate honestly, be open to feedback and participate fully in the coaching process.  I am responsible for all choices and decisions I make as a result of our coaching sessions. I acknowledge that commitment to coaching outcomes is my responsibility.  I understand that my Coach is not and will not be liable for any action or inaction, or any direct or indirect results of my actions.  I understand that coaching is not therapy or counselling and does not substitute for therapy if needed.
Coaching Relationship. The success of any relationship relies upon open communication about expectations. The information below will help you gain a good understanding of the type of relationship we will have. The ICF Code of Ethics governs my relationship, as the Coach, with you, as the Client, and the methodology is informed by the ICF Core Competency framework and by knowledge gained in ongoing professional development, study and supervision. Our partnership will work best if: • You are ready and motivated to create positive change. • You are open and truthful in all conversations. You can say anything to me. I trust you will let me know if something makes you uncomfortable or you don't want to respond to a question. If at any time, you experience discomfort during one of our sessions or are unsatisfied with my coaching, please bring it to my attention. We are working as a team and together we’ll make the necessary adjustments to keep the coaching process moving forward. • You are willing to try new ways of thinking, behaving and learning. • You take responsibility for completing agreed actions between sessions. • You let me know if something is not working, or you are not ready for change. I will not divulge your name or content discussed in the coaching relationship without your permission, to the extent allowed by the law. Coaching Relationship. Throughout the program, we will engage in direct and personal conversations. You can count on me to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in your life or profession. It is an independent relationship. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply.

  • Employment Relationship Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter agreement. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than you).

  • Reporting Relationship Executive shall report to the Company’s chief executive officer.

  • INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP This Agreement is not intended to constitute, create, give effect to or otherwise recognize a joint venture, partnership, or formal business organization, or agency agreement of any kind, and the rights and obligations of the Parties shall be only those expressly set forth herein.

  • No Employment Relationship Whether or not any Options are to be granted under this Plan shall be exclusively within the discretion of the Plan Administrator, and nothing contained in this Plan shall be construed as giving any person any right to participate under this Plan. The grant of an Option shall in no way constitute any form of agreement or understanding binding on the Company or any Related Company, express or implied, that the Company or any Related Company will employ or contract with an Optionee, for any length of time, nor shall it interfere in any way with the Company’s or, where applicable, a Related Company’s right to terminate Optionee’s employment at any time, which right is hereby reserved.

  • Legal Relationship Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as creating a partnership, trust arrangement, joint venture, agency, employment relationship or any form of legal relationship between the parties beyond contractual obligations.

  • EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS The ORGANIZATION, its employees, volunteers or agents performing under this Agreement are not deemed to be employees of the COUNTY, nor volunteers or agents of the COUNTY in any manner whatsoever. No officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the ORGANIZATION will hold themselves out as, or claim to be, an officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the COUNTY by reason hereof, nor will they make any claim, demand or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to an officer, employee volunteer or agent of the COUNTY. The parties agree that the COUNTY will not be responsible for the payment of any industrial insurance premiums or related claims or other benefits that may arise during the performance of services under this Agreement for any ORGANIZATION employee or volunteer, or for any consultant’s, contractor’s or subcontractor’s employee(s) or agent(s) that has been retained by the ORGANIZATION.
