Collection on Holidays. If the day of collection on any given route falls on a holiday observed by the Designated Disposal Site to which the Company delivers the City’s Solid Waste or Green Waste, the Company shall provide Collection Service for such route on the next workday following such holiday, thereby adjusting subsequent workdays that week.

Collection on Holidays. No collection is required on July 4, Thanksgiving Day, December 25th or January 1st of each year. During weeks in which those dates fall on a Monday through Friday, pick-up shall occur on the established pick-up day, unless that day is July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, December 25th or January 1st, in which case pick-up will occur on the following day. Each regular pick-up day for the remainder of those weeks shall thereafter shift back one day with regular Friday service allowed to occur on Saturday.

If Contractor elects to adjust its collection schedule as stipulated herein, all subsequent collection days during that holiday week may be moved back one day in the discretion of Contractor, after Contractor has provided advance written notification to its customers. In situations beyond its control (e.g., severe weather and/or road conditions), Contractor will make its best efforts to collect Wastes in as timely a manner as possible.

  • Payments; Application of Payments; Debit of Accounts (a) All payments to be made by Borrower under any Loan Document shall be made in immediately available funds in Dollars, without setoff or counterclaim, before 12:00 p.m. Pacific time on the date when due. Payments of principal and/or interest received after 12:00 p.m. Pacific time are considered received at the opening of business on the next Business Day. When a payment is due on a day that is not a Business Day, the payment shall be due the next Business Day, and additional fees or interest, as applicable, shall continue to accrue until paid. (b) Bank has the exclusive right to determine the order and manner in which all payments with respect to the Obligations may be applied. Borrower shall have no right to specify the order or the accounts to which Bank shall allocate or apply any payments required to be made by Borrower to Bank or otherwise received by Bank under this Agreement when any such allocation or application is not specified elsewhere in this Agreement. (c) Bank may debit any of Borrower’s deposit accounts, including the Designated Deposit Account, for principal and interest payments or any other amounts Borrower owes Bank when due. These debits shall not constitute a set-off.

  • REPORTS AND REMITTANCES A. The Company shall provide to the Reinsurer a monthly report no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the end of each month. Said report shall provide a summary of the gross ceded premium and paid losses for the month that just ended (and in the aggregate during the term of this Contract). B. Should payment become due from the Reinsurer hereunder, the Company shall give the Reinsurer notice of its intention to make payment on a certain date, and the Reinsurer agrees to remit such payment within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the Notice of Claim from the Insured as provided under the terms of the Policy. The Company authorizes that such payment by the Reinsurer shall be made directly to the Insured through .

Borrower shall upon request of Lender pay all such taxes, duties or other charges in addition to principal and interest, including without limitation all documentary stamp and intangible taxes, but excluding income taxes based solely on Lender’s income.
