Collection Schedules. Collection Contractor shall collect all Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials in conformance with the weekday(s) and number of pulls as specified in Exhibit E. Where no weekday is specified, Collection Contractor shall adhere to the following schedule: (a) when four (4) weekly collections are required, collections may be made on any four (4) Business Days; (b) when three (3) weekly collections are required, collections shall be made on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week; (c) when two (2) weekly collections are required, collections shall be made on any two non-consecutive Business Days each week, and Friday and Monday shall be considered consecutive Business Days; and (d) when one (1) weekly collection is required, such collection shall be on the same weekday each week. A modified schedule may occur during extended breaks, such as Spring, Winter and/or Summer Break(s), including “on call collection” which may be less frequent than once per week. Included are currently available school calendars for the School District. The calendar, as well as the current collection schedules included in each respective Exhibit E, are subject to change in the School District's sole discretion. No later than ten (10) days before commencing Collection Services for the School District, Collection Contractor shall furnish that School District, a weekly collection schedule that conforms to the specifications set forth in the School District's Exhibit E or, if and/or where applicable, the schedule set forth in this section.
Collection Schedules. The CONTRACTOR agrees to maintain the following collection schedules throughout the terms of the Contract. A. All municipal waste shall be collected once each week from each residence, townhouse, duplex, or condominium up to eight units, apartments are not included. All such refuse shall be placed by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the 35, 64 or 96 gallon automated cart provided by the CONTRACTOR at no separate cost to the resident. Each residential unit will be limited to one (1) 35, one (1) 64, or one (1) 96-gallon cart each week as a part of this contract. The resident will have the right to choose to use either a 35-gallon, 64-gallon or a 96-gallon container. Additional carts will be made available to homeowners upon their request. The additional rate for extra carts shall be 80% of the base rate for the sized cart specified by the resident. The monthly rate of additional carts will be billed to the respective homeowner. The CONTRACTOR agrees to replace carts, at no cost to the resident, upon receiving notification that a cart is damaged or missing. However, if it can be shown that the damage or loss is the resident's fault, the resident will be charged for the cart. Pick-up shall be made from the street. The CONTRACTOR will maintain a collection schedule that begins no earlier than 6:00 a.m. and is completed by 5:00 p.m. B. The CONTRACTOR will provide periodic supervision of all collection routes as requested by the VILLAGE. In addition, supervisors will promptly respond to all complaints. C. Refuse and garbage collection for businesses, industries, apartment buildings and condominium buildings exceeding eight units and other commercial establishments shall not be included in this contract.

  • Vacation Schedules (a) Employees shall submit their vacation requests to their supervisor on or before: (1) November 1st for the period January 1 through April 30th; and (2) March 1st for the period May 1st through December 31st. (b) An employee who does not exercise his/her seniority rights by the cut-off dates stipulated above, shall not be entitled to exercise those rights in respect to any vacation time previously selected by an employee with less seniority. (c) Vacation schedules, once posted, shall not be changed except in cases of emergency with the mutual agreement of the Employer and employee.

  • Auction Schedule The Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Company, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably. The Auction Agent shall give notice of any such change to each Broker-Dealer. Such notice shall be received prior to the first Auction Date on which any such change shall be effective.   • Shift Schedules 1501 Shift schedules for a minimum of a four (4) week period shall be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the beginning of the scheduled period. Shifts within the minimum four (4) week period shall not be altered after posting except by mutual agreement between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer. Requests for specific days off duty shall be submitted in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to posting and granted, if possible in the judgment of the Employer. 1502 Requests for interchanges in posted shifts or a portion thereof shall also be submitted in writing, co-signed by the nurse willing to exchange shifts with the applicant. Where reasonably possible, interchanges in posted shifts are to be completed within the posted shift schedule. It is understood that any change in shifts or days off initiated by the nurses and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime costs to the Employer. 1503 Night shift shall be considered as the first shift of each calendar day. 1504 Master rotations for each nursing unit shall be planned by the Employer in meaningful consultation with the nurse(s) concerned. The process for meaningful consultation shall include:  Employer proposes a master rotation including the Employer established criteria and provides to Nurses concerned  Nurses are provided reasonable time to submit feedback and/or an alternate master rotation for consideration.  The amended or new master rotation is provided to Nurses for review. Nurses are provided with a reasonable time to submit feedback.  At each step of the consultation process the Union will be provided with the new or revised master rotation to ensure contract compliance.  Employer has the sole discretion to select the new master rotation and provides rationale for the selection. Master Rotations shall, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer, observe the conditions listed hereinafter: (a) a minimum of fifteen hours (15) off between assigned shifts. (b) (i) a minimum of forty-seven (47) hours off at one time, or
