College Policies. I/We agree to fully support the College in the implementation of rules, policies and procedures relating to student use of the College resources.

College Policies. The Employer reserves the right to review its policies referenced in this Collective Bargaining Agreement without negotiations with the Federation.
College Policies. 27.1 The Parties agree to comply with all administrative rules, policies and procedures, established by the College, including those at the department level. 27.2 If any College policy, regulation or directive is in specific conflict with any provision of this Agreement, the Agreement shall control. 27.3 The College will notify the SFCC-AAUP regarding changes to any policies affecting bargaining unit employees. The SFCC-AAUP will be provided the opportunity to provide input on any such changes to College policies. This provision shall not be interpreted to prohibit bargaining on such issues in negotiations for a successor Agreement. 27.4 Bargaining unit members’ participation in shared governance practices will continue pursuant to College Policy.
College Policies. Contractor shall follow and comply with all policies and procedures of the College and the reasonable instructions of College personnel.
College Policies. It is the student’s responsibility to become familiar with College regulations, including, but not limited to, those in this License Agreement and Contract, the Residence Hall Guide and Owner’s Manual, the College Catalog, the Student Handbook, and other rules and regulations promulgated by Residence Life. Students not abiding by College policies and regulations are subject to disciplinary review. Failure to identify yourself by NWC identification will result in disciplinary action. Any violations of policy during finals week will result in dismissal from the hall pending a review.
College Policies. By entering into this contract you agree to comply with the College Statutes and Bylaws as amended from time to time and with the College Rules, Regulations and Codes of Policy, Practice and Procedure which are made under them. They include:
College Policies. (1) Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it shall at all times comply with the commitments set out in all College policies, including with respect to sexual harassment and any policies listed in Schedule 3. (2) In performing the Goods and/or Services, Supplier shall at all times comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and all regulations made thereunder (“AODA”). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Supplier shall have in place all accessibility plans, policies, practices and procedures required by AODA and shall ensure that all personnel of Supplier engaged in providing the Goods and/or Services, including those personnel of Supplier who may deal with members of the public or other third parties on behalf of the College, have received all training required by AODA. The College shall have the right, upon request, to inspect and obtain copies of the accessibility plans, policies, practices and procedures maintained by Supplier in relation to AODA, as well as reasonable evidence that personnel of Supplier performing the Goods and/or Services have received all training required by AODA. In providing the Goods and/or Services, Supplier shall provide information and communications in accessible formats and with communication supports, upon request by the College, members of the public or other third parties, in accordance with the requirements of AODA.
