Combined Pregnancy and Parental Leave. ‌ An employee's combined entitlement to leave under Article 21.1 (Pregnancy Leave) and Article 21.2 (Parental Leave) is limited to 78 weeks plus any additional entitlements provided under Article 21.1(f) (Pregnancy Leave) and/or Article 21.2(e) (Parental Leave) preceding.
