Commencing Times of Daily Hours and Shifts. Except for Employees engaged on an Alternative Roster Arrangement in accordance with clause 5.7 of this Agreement, subject to clauses 3.3.4 and 5.5 the existing commencing times of Employee’s daily hours or shifts will continue until such time as they are altered as to all or a section of Employees by agreement between the Company and a majority of Employees. In the absence of agreement, the changes may be implemented by seven days notification to the Employees concerned by the Company and thereafter shall only be altered in a like manner.

Commencing Times of Daily Hours and Shifts. Subject to clause 5.4, the existing commencing times of an Employee’s daily hours or shifts will continue until such time as they are altered as to all or a section of Employees by agreement between the Employer and a majority of Employees. In the absence of agreement, the changes may be implemented by seven days notification to the Employees concerned by the Employer and thereafter shall only be altered in a like manner. The percentages for the staff rosters set out in this clause are the approximate staffing requirements at the date of this Agreement. If customer demands or the Employer's operational requirements alter and these percentages need to change significantly, affected Employees will be consulted before the change is introduced. Subject to clause 5.5, the Huntingwood Monday to Friday 38-hour week will be rostered as follows: A Monday to Friday 7:30am 3:36pm B Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:06pm C Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:06pm D Tuesday to Friday 7:30am 3:36pm Saturday 7:30am 3:36pm During the life of this Agreement, the parties agree that an afternoon shift or a night shift (as set out in the above table or as determined according to the definition in clause 5.1.3 below) may be introduced by the Employer if the location of the dealership changes or if the Local Council restrictions change. During the life of this Agreement, Employees who are currently employed at the start date of this Agreement will be able to volunteer to work the hours in Group D. Any new Employees may be directed to work any shift pattern as set out in the above table.

  • Times of Day; Rates Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to Eastern time (daylight or standard, as applicable). The Administrative Agent does not warrant, nor accept responsibility, nor shall the Administrative Agent have any liability with respect to the administration, submission or any other matter related to the rates in the definition of “Eurodollar Rate” or with respect to any comparable or successor rate thereto.

  • Times of Day Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to Eastern time (daylight or standard, as applicable).

  • Monday to Saturday Time and a-half for the first three hours and double time thereafter.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H. C. The Contractor may xxxx tax and/or surcharges, and/or tourism fees, if any, in addition to as included in the sleeping room rate, as set forth in this provision. D. The Contractor shall extend the sleeping room rate to Attendees two (2) Days before the Program and two (2) Days after the Program based on availability.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period. (b) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday, all employees excluding home care employees will be paid a loading of 75% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period. (c) Casual employees will be paid in accordance with Clauses 35(a) and 35(b). The rates prescribed in Clauses 35(a) and 35(b) will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the casual loading prescribed in Clause 12.5(b). (d) These extra rates will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the shift penalties prescribed at Clause 38 Shiftwork.

  • Holidays Falling on Saturday or Sunday ‌ For an employee whose workweek is from Monday to Friday, and when any of the above-noted holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on some other day, the following Monday shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement; when a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on some other day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies to the Monday), shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Monday An employee should not work more than 16 hours and must take an 8 hour break before continuing work. Therefore, an employee called in at 7:00 p.m. Sunday could work until 11:00

  • Work Day and Work Week The normal work day shall consist of up to 8 hours of work within a 24-hour period. The normal work week shall consist of up to 40 hours of work within a 7-day period. The Employer may define the work week on an individual, department, shift or facility basis in accordance with Federal and State law.

  • Monday morning The employee should not work more than 16 hours without an 8 hour break.
