Commitment of Regular Part-Time Nurses. D.1 Regular part-time nurses shall be available for work on the following basis:
(a) must be available for a pre-scheduling of at least three (3) seven and one- half (7 ½) hour tours or two (2) eleven and one-quarter (11 ¼) tours per week;
(b) must be available for scheduling two (2) weekends in three (3);
(c) must be available for scheduling on five (5) paid holidays;
(d) must be available for scheduling either at Christmas or New Year's.
Commitment of Regular Part-Time Nurses. D.1 Regular part-time nurses shall be available for work on the following basis:
(a) (i) nurses working 7.5 hour tours must be available for a pre-scheduling of at least eighteen (18) tours over a six (6) week period;
Commitment of Regular Part-Time Nurses. A regular part-time nurse must agree to work a pre-determined schedule and her or his commitment will include:
(a) Must be available to work at least 37.5 hours every two (2) weeks.
(b) A list of nurses who have different commitments will be updated and posted annually on the intranet. A copy will be provided to the Association. Disputes will be dealt with under the grievance procedure.
(c) Must be available to work one (1) weekend in two (2).
(d) Must be available to work during twelve (12) months of the year when not on vacation (see Article M) or approved leave.
(e) Must be available to work at least four (4) paid holidays (including either Christmas or New Year's).

(i) Nurse’s working 7.5 hour tours must be available for a pre-scheduling of twelve (12) tours in six (6) weeks;
(ii) Nurse’s working extended tours must be available for a pre- scheduling of eight (8) tours in six (6) weeks.
(b) Being available to be scheduled to work two (2) weekends in four (4).
(c) Being available to work twelve (12) months of the year when not on vacation or approved leave.
(d) Being available to be scheduled for five (5) paid holidays during the year, including Christmas and New Year’s.
(e) Being available to be scheduled for tours during March school break on an alternating basis from year to year.
Commitment of Regular Part-Time Nurses. A regular part-time nurse agrees to work a pre-determined schedule and her or his commitment will include:
(i) Nurses working 7.5 hour tours must be available for a pre-scheduling of twelve (12) tours in six (6) weeks;
(ii) Nurses working extended tours must be available for a pre- scheduling of eight (8) tours in six (6) weeks.
(b) Being available to be scheduled to work two (2) weekends in four (4). For clarity, nurses currently working on staff as of the date of ratification, must indicate in writing their willingness to be scheduled extra weekends over and above their current fixed rotation before extra weekends are scheduled.
(c) Being available to work twelve (12) months of the year when not on vacation or approved leave.
(d) Being available to be scheduled for five (5) paid holidays during the year, including Christmas and New Year’s.
(e) Being available to be scheduled for tours during March school break on an alternating basis from year to year.
Commitment of Regular Part-Time Nurses. A regular part-time nurse will make a commitment to be scheduled for: four hour shifts per pay period; or
Commitment of Regular Part-Time Nurses. Regular part-time nurses shall be available for work on the following basis:
(a) must be available for a pre-scheduling of at least two (2) tours per week on average;
(b) must be available for scheduling either Christmas (December 24th, 25th, 26th) or New Year's (December 31st, January 1st , 2nd);
(c) must be available for scheduling two (2) weekends in four (4);
(d) must be available to work during twelve (12) months of the year when not on vacation or approved leave;
(e) must be available for scheduling six (6) out of the twelve (12) paid holidays;
(f) must be available for scheduling two (2) shifts out of three (3).
