Commitments of the Employer. 1.1 The Employer undertakes that no official of the Employer, connected directly or indirectly with the contract, will demand, take a promise for or accept, directly or through intermediaries, any bribe, consideration, gift, reward, favour or any material or immaterial benefit or any other advantage from the Bidder/Contractor, either for themselves or for any person, organization or third party related to the contract in exchange for an advantage in the bidding process, bid evaluation, contracting or implementation process related to the contact.
Commitments of the Employer. The Employer Commits itself to the following: - 3.1 The Employer hereby undertakes that no official of the Employer, connected directly or indirectly with the contract, will demand, take a promise for or accept, directly or through intermediaries, any bribe, consideration, gift, reward, favor or any material or immaterial benefit or any other advantage from the Bidder, either for themselves or for any person, organization or third party related to the contract in exchange for an advantage in the bidding process, bid evaluation, contracting or implementation process related to the Contract. 3.2 The Employer further confirms that its officials have not favored any prospective bidder in any form that could afford an undue advantage to that particular bidder during the tendering stage, and will further treat all Bidders alike. 3.3 All the officials of the Employer shall report to the head of the employing agency or an appropriate Government office any attempted or completed violation of clauses 3.1 and 3.2. 3.4 Following report on violation of clauses 3.1 and 3.2 by official (s), through any source, necessary disciplinary proceedings, or any other action as deemed fit, including criminal proceedings may be initiated by the Employer and such a person shall be debarred from further dealings related to the contract process. In such a case while an enquiry is being conducted by the Employer the proceedings under the contract would not be stalled.
Commitments of the Employer. 1. The Employer Commits itself to take all measures necessary to prevent corruption and to observe the following principles in this regard: - a) No employee of the Employer, either in person or through family members including relatives, will in connection with the bidding for or the execution of a contract, demand or accept a promise for or accept for him/herself or for a third person, any material or immaterial benefit to which he/she is not legally entitled to. b) The Employer shall, during the bidding process treat all Bidders with equity and reason. The Employer will, in particular, before and during the bidding process, provide to all Bidders the same information and will not provide to any Bidder confidential/additional information through which the Bidder(s) could obtain an advantage in relation to the bidding process or the contract execution. c) The Employer will exclude from the process all known prejudiced persons. 2. If the Employer obtains information on the conduct of any of its employees which is a criminal offence under the IPC/PC Act or if there be a substantive suspicion in this regard, the Employer will inform the Chief Vigilance Officer and in addition can initiate disciplinary actions.

If the Employer obtains information on the conduct of any of its employees with full and verifiable facts and the same is prima facie found to be correct which is a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code/ Prevention of Corruption Act, or if there be a substantive suspicion in this regard, the Principal/ Employer will inform its Chief Vigilance Officer and in addition can initiate disciplinary actions. The Bidder / Contractor commit himself to take all measures necessary to prevent corruption. He commits himself to observe the following principles during his participation in the tender process and during the post contract stage.
