The Monitor would have access to all Contract documents, whenever required. It will be obligatory for him / her to treat the information and documents of the Bidders /Suppliers as confidential. He / she reports to the Chairman, NABARD. (3) The Bidder(s)/Supplier(s) accepts that the Monitor has the right to access without restriction to all Project documentation of the Principal including that provided by the Supplier. The Supplier will also grant the Monitor, upon his/her request and demonstration of a valid interest, unrestricted and unconditional access to their project documentation. The same is applicable to Sub-Suppliers. (4) The monitor is under contractual obligation to treat the information and documents of the Bidder(s) /Supplier(s) / Sub-Supplier(s) with confidentiality. The Monitor has also signed declarations on ‘Non-disclosure of Confidential Information and of ‘Absence of Conflict of Interest’. In case of any conflict of interest arising at a later date, the IEM shall inform Chairman, XXXXXX and recuse himself/herself from that case. (5) The Principal will provide to the Monitor sufficient information about all meetings among the parties related to the Project, provided such meetings could have an impact on the contractual relations between the Principal and the Supplier. The parties offer to the Monitor the option to participate in such meetings. (6) As soon as the Monitor notices, or believes to notice, a violation of this agreement, he/she will so inform the Management of the Principal and request the Management to discontinue or take corrective action, or to take other relevant action.   • Independent Monitors 8.1 The BUYER has appointed Independent Monitors (hereinafter referred to as Monitors) for this Pact in consultation with the Central Vigilance to as Monitors) for this Pact in consultation with the Central Vigilance Commission (Names and Addresses of the Monitors to be given).

  • Financial Monitoring City staff shall monitor, review, and evaluate the financial procedures of the Subrecipient through documents submitted to the City and on-site monitoring. The Subrecipient shall provide and make available to the City such reports and records that will be necessary for a proper financial evaluation. With reasonable notice being given to the Subrecipient, the City may schedule at least one on-site visit and other visits that may be needed during the course of this Agreement.

  • External Audit (a) The Beneficiary or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, shall present to the Bank, during the period of Project execution and within the deadlines and with the frequency provided in the Special Conditions of this Agreement, the Project’s financial statements and other reports, and any additional financial information relating thereto that the Bank may request, in accordance with accounting principles and standards acceptable to the Bank.

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
