Committed Funding. Committed Funding. Borrower has available (as specified in the Borrower’s 2010-2014 Capital Program (as amended to the date hereof) including funding available under the Grant Agreements and this Agreement) funding which is sufficient to complete the Positive Train Control Project based on Borrower’s current projection of the necessary capital expenditures consisting of amounts specified in the Borrower’s 2010-2014 Capital Program (as amended to the date hereof) including funding available under Grant Agreements and this Agreement, the Borrower’s anticipated 2015-2019 Capital Program, and amounts permitted to be borrowed as Subordinated Indebtedness under the Transportation Resolution.
Committed Funding. Funding for the 2021-2022 school year is in the amount of $7,500.00. Funds will be disbursed to the LEA from The Intermediate Unit One (fiscal agent of PaTTAN Pittsburgh). Up to half of the funds will be disbursed upon verification of the completion of December - February activities. The remaining funds will be disbursed no later than June 30, 2022 upon verification of the remaining agreements.
Committed Funding. Neovacs and Stellar hereby undertake to provide the Company, pro rata to their interest in the share capital of the Company, with any additional financing beyond their Initial Contributions, *** in connection with the implementation of the Project to satisfy (i) the Company's financing needs as identified and agreed between the Parties and (ii) any capital contribution required under applicable Law (together the "Committed Funding"). If Neovacs or Stellar does not contribute its pro-rata share of the Committed Funding, the other Party shall have the right to provide all or part of the required Committed Funding, with consequent dilution of the non-contributing Party’s shareholding, in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.3(b) which should apply mutatis mutandis.
