The Committee Management clause establishes the framework for forming, organizing, and operating committees within an organization or under an agreement. It typically outlines how committee members are appointed, the scope of their authority, meeting procedures, and decision-making processes. 3.7 The JNCC may agree non-controversial matters by correspondence between meetings.

6.5.2 The public portal shall allow for automated application and appointment management through internal workflows built within Contrator’s system and allow City users the ability to manage all committee tasks from one view.
6.5.3 Contractor’s Committee Management solution shall also City staff the ability to easily and quickly create initial and subsequent terms, and even split terms if a seat becomes vacant mid-term.
6.5.4 Contractor’s Committee Management solution shall also include vacancy reports, expiring seats reports, and expiring training reports.
6.5.5 City will complete an on-boarding assessment including:

Committee Management. 1) Transit Australia and the employees agree to establish a workplace committee.
2) This committee shall consist of management and 3 representatives as elected by Sunbus employees.
3) The workplace committee should meet once a month to discuss workplace issues with management.
4) Committee elections should be held annually.
