COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION WITH CITY. 766 A. Communications. When requested, FRANCHISEE shall meet with CITY or its agent to discuss service 767 issues. FRANCHISEE will make available for such meetings a representative with the authority and 768 knowledge to direct FRANCHISEE resources as needed to resolve matters of concern to the CITY.

COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION WITH CITY. If requested, Contractor shall meet with the City or its agent to discuss service issues. City, and its designated representatives, shall have the right to observe and review Contractor operations, processing sites and disposal sites used by Contractor, and enter Contractor’s premises for the purposes of such observation and review during normal business hours without advance notice. Contractor shall cooperate with and assist City and its agents with the performance of any City initiated studies of C&D Debris materials such as, but not limited to, waste characterization and composition studies.

COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION WITH CITY. ‌ The Contractor’s general manager shall have e-mail capabilities to enable the City and the Contractor to communicate via e-mail. Contractor’s general manager shall respond to City email correspondence within twenty-four (24) hours. On a monthly basis, Contractor shall meet with the City to discuss operations, diversion programs, quality and reliability of Collection services, and compliance with the terms of the Agreement. At each meeting, the City, and Contractor shall have the opportunity to present and discuss operations and service issues and remediation. City shall have the right, but not the obligation, to observe and inspect all of the Contractor’s operations under this Agreement. City shall have the right to enter Facilities used by Contractor during operating hours, speak to any of Contractor’s employees and receive cooperation from such employees in response to inquiries. Upon two (2) Business days notice, City may review and copy any of Contractor’s operational and business records related to this Agreement.

  • Cooperation with Investigations You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through the Service in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions.

  • COOPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES The Contractor shall be responsible for fully cooperating with any third party, including but not limited to other Contractors or Subcontractors of the Authorized User, as necessary to ensure delivery or performance of Product.

  • Mutual Cooperation In any contest of a tax or fee by one Party, the other Party shall cooperate fully by providing records, testimony and such additional information or assistance as may reasonably be necessary to pursue the contest. Further, the other Party shall be reimbursed for any reasonable and necessary out- of-pocket copying and travel expenses incurred in assisting in such contest.
