Diversion Programs. A. Source Separated Recyclable Material and Organic Material: FRANCHISEE is required to divert from landfilling Source Separated Recyclable Material and Organic Material collected and removed by it within the unincorporated County, in accordance with SCC chapter 6.20. Failure to meet the diversion requirement will subject FRANCHISEE to the Recycling Shortfall Penalty provided in SCC section 6.20.777. FRANCHISEE shall not landfill Source Separated Recyclable Material and Organic Material without notifying the COUNTY as described in section 32 of this Agreement.

Diversion Programs. The Parties agree to explore ways to establish and harmonize diversion programs in the following areas: (a) Moving their programs for packaging and printed paper (e.g. blue box) towards increased producer responsibility; (b) Ontario will seek to establish diversion programs to complement existing programs in Québec; (c) Québec will seek to establish diversion programs to complement existing programs in Ontario including batteries, mercury lamps and other municipal hazardous or special waste, including electronic products such as televisions, computers, printers, phones, cameras and audio-visual equipment; and (d) Ontario and Québec will work together to identify and establish new programs in other sectors.

Source Separated Recyclable Material and Organic Material: FRANCHISEE is required to divert from landfilling source separated recyclable material and organic material collected and removed by it within CITY region, in accordance with chapter 13.24 of the City Code. Failure to meet the diversion requirement will subject FRANCHISEE to the Recycling Shortfall Penalty provided for in CITY Code section 13.24.760, or as otherwise amended. FRANCHISEE shall not landfill source separated recyclable material and organic material without notifying CITY as described in CITY Code section 13.24.480, or as otherwise amended. B. Construction and Demolition Debris: When FRANCHISEE provides commercial solid waste collection services for a project subject to Construction and Demolition (“C&D”) Debris in chapter 8.124 of the City Code, FRANCHISEE shall assist their generators in complying with the C&D Debris requirements set forth in the City Code. Diversion credit from mixed construction and demolition debris for compliance with mandates will only be recognized if FRANCHISEE delivers mixed C&D debris to a C&D Sorting Facility certified by the County of Sacramento.

  • Program 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end, and further to Section 5.08 of the General Conditions: (a) the Borrower and the Bank shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the Borrower’s macroeconomic policy framework and the progress achieved in carrying out the Program; (b) prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Bank for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Bank shall reasonably request; and (c) without limitation upon the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section, the Borrower shall promptly inform the Bank of any situation that would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program or any action taken under the Program including any action specified in Section I of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Insurance Programs 35.1 Fringe Benefits a. The Board agrees to provide the: Individual core plan premium on behalf of each regular full time employee Part-time regular employees may receive pro-rated insurance benefits if eligible by the carrier. b. When an employee and legally recognized spouse are both employed by the district and are eligible for the school district group plan, the district shall, at the employees' option, combine the district's insurance contribution toward the family plan.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:
