COMPANY ELIGIBILITY. The Event exhibition is intended to demonstrate products and services for healthcare information and/or technology professionals. HIMSS, in its sole and exclusive discretion, shall determine Company’s eligibility to participate in the Event. HIMSS may refuse rental of exhibit space to Company, or remove Company from the Event exhibition hall, if, in the sole and exclusive discretion of HIMSS, Company’s display of goods or services is not compatible with the character and objectives of the Event exhibition. In the event HIMSS initially deems Company to be eligible to participate in the Event, but later determines that it is not eligible, then Company’s prepaid space rental fees and deposits will be forfeited, in accordance with the “Cancellations” provision.
