Common use of Compassionate Leave Clause in Contracts

Compassionate Leave. (1) An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid compassionate leave on each occasion that a member of his or her immediate family or a member of his or her household: (a) contracts or develops an illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or

Compassionate Leave. (1) An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid two (2) days compassionate leave on full pay on each occasion that when a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or household contracts a member of his personal illness or her household: (a) contracts or develops an illness that poses sustains a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; orthe person’s life as provided for in Part 3 Division 6 of the Act.

Compassionate Leave. (1) i. You will be entitled to compassionate leave in accordance with the Standard set out in the Act. ii. The Employee must provide evidence of the illness, injury or death that poses a serious threat gives rise to his or her life; orthe entitlement of compassionate leave.

Compassionate Leave. (1) 20.4.1 An employee (other than a casual employee) is entitled to take up to 2 days’ a period of 15 hours paid compassionate leave on each occasion that (a permissible occasion) when a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or a member of his or her the employee’s household: (: a) contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (or b) sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; oror c) dies.

(1) An employee is 49.1 Employees are entitled to take paid Compassionate Leave of up to 2 days’ paid compassionate leave on 3 days for each occasion that when a member of his an employee’s immediate or her immediate family extended family, household or a member of his or her householdthe employee’s cultural kinship system: (a) contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or

Compassionate Leave. (1a) An employee is entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid compassionate two days of unpaid Compassionate leave on for each occasion that a member of his their Immediate Family or her immediate family or a member of his or her household: (ai) dies; or (ii) contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses or sustains a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; orlife for the purposes of spending time with the person. (b) The employee must notify SAO as soon as reasonably practicable of their intention to take Compassionate leave. If requested by SAO, the employee must provide evidence of the illness, injury or death.

Compassionate Leave. (1) An employee is 17.1 All employees other than casual employees are entitled to take a period of up to 2 days’ days of paid compassionate leave. 17.2 Compassionate leave on each occasion that is paid leave taken by an employee for the purposes of spending time with a person who is a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or a member of his the employee’s household and has a personal illness, or her household: (a) contracts or develops an illness injury, that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an injury that poses , or after the death of a serious threat to his member of the employee’s immediate family or her life; ora member of the employee’s household.

Compassionate Leave. (1) 37.1 An employee is entitled to take paid leave of up to 2 days’ paid compassionate leave on each occasion that a member of his or her days when an immediate family member or a member of his household member: ▪ Has an injury or her household: (a) contracts or develops an illness that poses a serious threat to his their life, or her life▪ Dies. 37.2 An employee’s Immediate family includes is a) a spouse, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the employee; or (b) sustains an injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or

(1) 11.4.1 An employee is entitled to take up to a period of 2 days’ paid days of unpaid compassionate leave on for each occasion that when a member of his or her the employee’s immediate family or a member of his or her the employee’s household: (a) 11.4.1.1 contracts or develops an a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) 11.4.1.2 sustains an a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or 11.4.1.3 dies as per Part 7, Division 5 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, as amended.

Employees (1except casuals) An employee is are entitled to take up to 2 days’ paid compassionate leave (on each occasion that occasion) to spend time with an immediate family/household member who suffers a member of his personal illness or her immediate family or a member of his or her household: (a) contracts or develops an illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or (b) sustains an injury that poses a serious threat to his or her their life; or.

Compassionate Leave.
