Compensation for Absences Due to Widespread Emergency. 13.3.1 If County offices have not been closed and individual employees are unable to report to work, or are permitted to leave early, such absences are to be charged to personal holiday time, accrued vacation or accrued comp- time.   • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. (b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.02 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which she would have been eligible for maternity benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan had she not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance maternity benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • COMPENSATION OF ULTIMUS The Trust, on behalf of each Fund, shall pay for the services to be provided by Ultimus under this Agreement in accordance with, and in the manner set forth in, Schedule B attached hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, Ultimus’ compensation for that part of the month in which the Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above. Payment of Ultimus’ compensation for the preceding month shall be made promptly.
