Compensation for Tools and Equipment. 38.06 In situations where highly specialized tools not normally associated with a journeyperson’s tool kit are required, they will be provided by the Employer, who will retain ownership of them. The Employer shall assist employees in the purchase of tools and equipment used in the performance of their duties to the extent that employees shall be able to purchase these tools and equipment through the Housing Association and at the Employer’s cost price.
