Compensation Re-Opener. The parties agreed to the following regarding a compensation re-opener during the 2021-2023 classified employees collective bargaining agreement negoatiations: A re-opener for compensation may occur upon the request of either the Employer or the Union if the Employer realizes a budget and/or enrollment recovery or shortfall that results in an overall impact in the Employer’s financial status, either party may request to re-open the Agreement to bargain over economic terms of the Agreement. The Parties agree that the Union or Employer may re-open negotiations effective July 1, 2021 for the purposes of bargaining economic terms. The request for negotiations must be received by the other Party no later than July 15, 2021, and negotiations will conclude by September 15, 2021. Any resulting agreement will remain subject to required findings by the Governor’s Office of Financial Management that the agreement is economically feasible, included in the Governor’s supplemental budget for legislative approval in 2022, and approved by the Legislature as provided for in RCW 41.80. Nothing in this paragraph obligates either party to agree to any proposal. Compensation Re-Opener. The Collective Agreement is being negotiated in accordance with the PSEC Mandate established by Government for the current collective bargaining. Selkirk College agrees that, in the event that Government decides to modify the PSEC Mandate as it applies to the entire Public Service and Public Sector during the term of the Selkirk College/B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union (BCGEU – Local 709) Collective Agreement arising from the current collective bargaining, the BCGEU – Local 709 will have the opportunity to renegotiate the total compensation for the balance of the term of the Collective Agreement. This opportunity to renegotiate will relate to total compensation only and such negotiations will be governed by the revised PSEC Mandate and will be subject to approval by the Post-Secondary Employers' Association (PSEA). This renegotiation will not result in the early termination of the Collective Agreement. This Letter of Understanding expires at midnight on March 31, 2012

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.
