Compensatory Time Carry-Over. Compensatory elected to carry over each fiscal year shall not to exceed ninety- six (96) hours.

Compensatory time elected to carry over at the end of the fiscal year shall not exceed ninety-six (96) hours, provided, however, that an employee who does qualify or reasonably expects to qualify for leave under FMLA during the remainder of the calendar year may request to carry over up to two hundred fifty Any provision of the February 12, 2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement that is not modified by this Memorandum of Understanding shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect through June 30, 2025, unless otherwise modified by the parties in writing.
Compensatory Time Carry-Over. A. Eligible employees may not carry more than of 40 hours of compensatory time from one fiscal year to the next.
Compensatory Time Carry-Over. Effective July 13, 2008, maximum accrual amount will increase to three hundred (300) hours. Accrual maximums will be enforced as of Dec. 31st. As of that date, accrued hours in excess of the annual maximums shall be paid.
