Common use of Compensatory Time Clause in Contracts

Compensatory Time. An employee may receive compensatory time off at the rates specified in 7.1.1. and 7.1.2. in lieu of overtime pay upon mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee.

Compensatory Time. An employee may receive compensatory time off at the rates specified in 7.1.1. and 7.1.2. in lieu of overtime pay upon mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee. Compensatory time shall be cumulative for not more than eighty (80) hours.
