Compensatory Time. 26 Compensatory time may be accrued by agreement between the County and the 27 employee with the following limitations. Specifically, in lieu of overtime pay, an employee 28 may with managerial approval elect to accrue compensatory time equivalent to the 29 applicable overtime rate for each hour of overtime worked provided: 30 A.
