Compensatory Time. 26 Compensatory time may be accrued by agreement between the County 27 and the employee with the following limitations. Specifically, in lieu of overtime pay, an 28 employee may with supervisory approval elect to accrue compensatory time off equal to the 29 applicable overtime rate for each hour of overtime worked, provided: 30 a.
