Compliance with Laws and Agreement. Recipient understands and agrees that projects funded through this Award are made pursuant to and must comply with the requirements of the Community Preservation Act, M.G.L. c. 44B. Recipient also agrees to comply with all requirements of this Grant Agreement.
Compliance with Laws and Agreement. (a) Tenant shall, throughout the term of this Lease, and at Tenant's sole cost and expense, promptly comply, or cause compliance: (i) with all Laws, whether present or future, foreseen or unforeseen, ordinary or extraordinary, and whether or not the same shall be presently within the contemplation of Landlord and Tenant or shall involve any change of governmental policy, or require structural or extraordinary repairs, alterations, or additions, and irrespective of the cost thereof, which may be applicable to the Leased Premises, and (ii) with any agreements, contracts, easements and restrictions affecting the Leased Premises or any part thereof or the ownership, occupancy or use thereof existing on the date hereof and listed on Schedule "7(a)" attached hereto or hereafter created by Tenant, or consented to or requested by Tenant.
(b) Tenant represents and warrants that it will not on, about or under the Leased Premises, use, make, treat or dispose of any "hazardous substances" as that term is defined in the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, as from time to time amended, 42 U.S.C. ss. 9601 et seq.(hereinafter referred to as the "Act") in violation of any laws. Tenant represents and warrants that it will at all times comply with the Act and any other federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations governing Hazardous Materials. Hazardous Materials as used herein shall include, without limitation, all chemicals, petroleum, crude oil or any fraction thereof, hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), asbestos, asbestos-containing materials and/or products, urea formaldehyde, or any substances which are classified as "hazardous" or "toxic" under the Act; hazardous waste as defined under the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended 42 U.S.C. ss. 6901; air pollutants regulated under the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. ss. 7401, et seq.; pollutants as defined under the Clean Water Act, as amended., 33 U.S.C. ss. 1251, et seq., any pesticide as defined by Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as amended, 7 U.S.C. ss. 136 et seq., any hazardous chemical substance or mixture or imminently hazardous substance or mixture regulated by the Toxic Substances Control Act, as amended, 15 U.S.C. ss. 2601, et seq., any substance listed in the United States Department of Transportation Table at 45 CFR 172.101; any chemicals included in regulations promulgated ...
Compliance with Laws and Agreement. The Borrower and the Borrower Parent shall comply with all laws, rules, regulations and orders of any governmental authority applicable to it or its property, except where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect. The Borrower and the Borrower Parent shall comply with the obligations set out in this Agreement.
Compliance with Laws and Agreement. Customer represents and warrants to Wowrack that Customer is and will remain at all times during the Term in full compliance with all applicable law. Customer acknowledges that Wowrack reserves the right to cooperate at all times during the term of this Agreement with law enforcement or other governmental agencies, that Wowrack has no obligation to inform Customer of any ongoing subpoenas or other investigative inquiries of such agencies, and that Wowrack has no liability to Customer for any such cooperation or such failure to inform Customer. At all times during the Term, Customer agrees to comply with this Agreement.
Compliance with Laws and Agreement. Customer represents and warrants to ServerStadium that Customer is and will remain at all times during the Term in full compliance with all applicable law. Customer acknowledges that ServerStadium reserves the right to cooperate at all times during the term of this Agreement with law enforcement or other governmental agencies, that ServerStadium has no obligation to inform Customer of any ongoing subpoenas or other investigative inquiries of such agencies, and that ServerStadium has no liability to Customer for any such cooperation or such failure to inform Customer. At all times during the Term, Customer agrees to comply with this Agreement.
Compliance with Laws and Agreement. You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by any applicable law, rules or regulations, and as permitted herein.

Each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries is in compliance with all laws, regulations and orders of any Governmental Authority applicable to it or its property and all indentures, agreements and other instruments binding upon it or its property, except where (a) the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or (b) such non-compliance results from any such Person’s status as a “debtor” under, or is permitted under, the Bankruptcy Code.

The DEVELOPER shall carry out the design, development and operation of the Housing Project in conformity with the AGREEMENT and all applicable laws, including all applicable state labor standards, City zoning and development standards, building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical codes, and all other provisions of the City Municipal Code, and all applicable disabled and handicapped access requirements, including without limitation the Americans With Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 12101, et seq., Government Code Section 4450, et seq., Government Code Section 11135, et seq., the Xxxxx Civil Rights Act, Civil Code Section 51, et seq., Civil Rights Act of 1986, Title VII of the 1968 Civil Rights Act, California Rumford Fair Housing Act of 1968 and the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, The California Fair Employment and Housing Act, The Xxxxx Act (California Government Code Section 51), The Xxxxx Civil Rights Act (California Civil Code Section 51.7), The Bane Civil Rights Act (California Civil Code Section 52.1), California Government Code Sections 111135, 65008 and 65589.5.
Compliance with Laws and Agreement. Each of the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries is in compliance with all laws, regulations and orders of any Governmental Authority applicable to it or its property and all indentures, agreements and other instruments binding upon it or its property, except where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate for the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries, could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect. No Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing.
