COMPLY WITH ENACTMENTS. At all times during the said term to observe and comply in all respects with the provisions and requirements of any and every enactment for the time being in force or any orders or regulations thereunder for the time being in force and to do and execute or cause to be done and executed all such works as under or by virtue of any such enactment or any orders or regulations thereunder for the time being in force are or shall be properly directed or necessary to be done or executed upon or in respect of the Demised Premises or any part thereof whether by the Landlord, beneficial owner lessee tenant or occupier and at all times to keep the Landlord indemnified against all claims demands and liability in respect thereof and without derogating from the generality of the foregoing to comply with the requirements of any Local or other Statutory Authority European Community Regulations, the provisions of the Factories Act, 1955, Health Act, 1947, Office Premises Act, 1958, Housing Acts 1966 and 1969, the Safety in Industry Act, 1980, Fire Services Act, 1981, Waste Management Packaging (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and the order or orders of any Court of competent jurisdiction
COMPLY WITH ENACTMENTS. At its own expense to do and execute all such works as are or shall be at any time during the term under or by virtue of any Act or Acts of Parliament or the Oireachtas already passed or hereafter to be passed and for the time being in force or Law of the European Community now or hereafter to be passed and any instrument directive regulation or bye-law made thereunder which has force in the State or by any Local or other Authority directed or required to be done or executed in respect of the demised premises or any part thereof whether by the owner or occupier thereof and to indemnify and keep the Landlord indemnified against all or any claims demands and liability in respect thereof. COMPLY WITH ENACTMENTS. At all times during the said term to observe and comply in all respects with the provisions and requirements of any and every enactment for the time being in force or any orders or regulations thereunder for the time being in force and to do and execute or cause to be done and executed all such works as under or by virtue of any such enactment or any orders or regulations thereunder for the time being in force are or shall be properly directed or necessary to be done or executed upon or in respect of the Demised Premises or any part thereof whether by the owner landlord lessee tenant or occupier and at all times to keep the Landlord indemnified against all claims demands and liability in respect thereof and without derogating from the generality of the foregoing to comply with the requirements of any local or other statutory authority and the order or orders of any Court of competent jurisdiction PROVIDED ALWAYS that the Tenant shall not pursuant to this clause be responsible for any pre-existing breach of this clause which existed at the Term Commencement Date (and had not been caused by the Tenant prior to the Term Commencement Date) and the Landlord shall be responsible for same.
COMPLY WITH ENACTMENTS. 3.6.1 At all times during the Term to observe and comply in all respects with the provisions and requirements of any and every enactment or any orders or regulations thereunder
3.6.2 To do and execute or cause to be done and executed all such works as under or by virtue of any such enactment or any orders or regulations thereunder are or
3.6.3 At all times to keep the Minister indemnified against all claims, demands and liability in respect thereof;
3.6.4 Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing to comply with the requirements of any local or other statutory authority and the order or orders of any Court of competent jurisdiction.
COMPLY WITH ENACTMENTS. At its own expense to observe and comply with all Enactments and to do and execute all such works as are or shall be at any time during the Term under or by virtue of all Enactments and by any local or other authority directed or required to be done or executed in respect of the Premises or any part thereof whether by the owner or occupier thereof and to indemnify and keep the Landlord indemnified against all or any claims demands and liability in respect thereof.
COMPLY WITH ENACTMENTS. At all times during the said term to observe and comply in all respects with the provisions and requirements of any and every enactment for the time being in force and to do and execute or cause to be done and executed all such works as under or by virtue of any such enactment or any order or regulations thereunder for the time being in force are or shall be property directed or necessary to be done or executed upon or in respect of the demised premises or any part thereof whether by the owner, landlord, Lessee, tenant or occupier and at all times to keep the Lessor indemnified against all claims, demands and liability in respect thereof and each fourth year in a workmanlike manner to creosote, distemeper, colour, whitewash or otherwise treat all other outside parts of the demised premises usually or heretofore so treated all such work as aforesaid to be done to the approval of the Lessor; INSIDE PAINTING:

3.6.4 Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing to comply with the requirements of any local or other statutory authority and the order or orders of any Court of competent jurisdiction.
COMPLY WITH ENACTMENTS. At its own expense to observe and comply with all Enactments and to do and execute all such works as are or shall be at any time during the Term under or by virtue of all Enactments and by any local or other authority directed or required to be done or executed in respect of the Premises or any part thereof whether by the owner or occupier thereof (save where the responsibility to observe or comply with the Enactment arises due to the act, neglect or default of the Landlord or its agents or any non-compliance with an Enactment which occurred with respect to the Building prior to the grant of this Lease) and to indemnify and keep the Landlord indemnified against all or any claims demands and liability in respect thereof.
COMPLY WITH ENACTMENTS. To execute works and do all things on or in respect of the Demised Premises arising from any works proposed or carried out by the Lessee or arising from the Lessee's use, enjoyment and occupation of the Demised Premises or required by any Act or Acts of the Oireachtas now or hereafter to be passed or any bye-laws, orders, rules, notices and regulations thereunder and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing to comply with all obligations imposed under or by virtue of the Planning Acts, the Building Control Xxx 0000, the Building Control Regulations 1991 to 2004, the Building Regulations 1997 to 2004, the Office Premises Xxx 0000, the Shop (Conditions of Employment) Acts 1938-1942, and the Fire Services Xxx 0000, and with all safety and fire regulations and all provisions relating to conditions of work and facilities provided for those working in the Demised Premises and at all times to indenmif)r, and keep indemnified the Landlord, from and against all penalties, damages, compensation, costs, claims, demands, expenses and liability directly arising in respect thereof or directly arising through a failure to comply with this subclause.
